The chair has been used consistently for about 2 months now. Nothing has broken and everything is in good shape. The only real complaint I have is that the butt cushion leaves much to be desired. Ive added a nice thick memory foam piece underneath it and it greatly improved the chair. Im a diyer so Ill be extending the length of the armrests as they are useless in the reclined position. Grab it if you can

So last night my OLD chair broke on the right side. I fixed the left side like 2-3 months ago and my OLD chair broke on the right side in the same spot.
Got this chair today and OMG this is 80% metal and the rest plastic but the quality of this one is hands down 1000% better.
Update: I had some trouble with the shock that makes the chair go up and down, so I emailed customer service and they sent a new shock and now Im not leaning forward. (I hope this shock last a long time) Good deal
I bought this for my 15yr old son for Christmas. He loves the chair so far. However after a couple of months the left arm pulled out of its sleeve and now just spins in the sleeve when you put it back in. It is pretty annoying. Things need to be tightened after a time but overall he likes the chair. He is over 6ft tall and about 150 lbs and this chair works for him. Sucks to assemble
Awesome chair! It works great for when Im gaming, doing my homework, and getting ready for the day. Looks great and well worth the money. The assembly was pretty simple however the instructions lacked some detail making some things difficult to figure out. The pictures were great but slightly confusing without specific directions to describe the pictures. Pretty and inexpensive
