Did not want velvet- not durable for a barstool -very likely to stain and wear. Said gray velvet-thought this was a description of color. Very pretty style but would not be durable for kitchen island. Company made me pay for return of product- $277.00 after it had been canceled before being shipped. Dropped at my door and damaged. Do not use this seller. Buyer beware. I am surprised you let this happen
I researched online for months but kept coming back to these because I just loved the look. They checked all my boxes (adjustable height, a nice back while open sides, color, etc). These chairs did not disappoint. Super easy to assemble (4 screws each chair) it took just a few minutes. They were packaged well, so came in great condition. I highly recommend.
This is a budget set of 2 barstools that need to be assembled. Lightweight metal and plastic is what you get here. If your decor is simple and modern, these may be perfect for you. Adjustable for either countertop or bar height. The stools are comfortable and operate smoothly.
I bought a set of 4. Stools are great looking and the velvet is awesome and feel luxurious to the touch. Ran in an issue with shipping damages and the seller took care of the problems immediately. Really it is the best seller I have dealt with on shopping experience.
Its a breeze even though there are no instructions, attach the seat and big Screws with the included driver then its easy enough to see which way the leg braces go in. The line the leg braces up and screw in I used a Dewalt Phillips head and had no problems
I think the phrase You get what you pay for really applies here. For what these chairs cost, they look pretty good. It's not high-end furniture, though. Assembly was time-consuming for me, an hour for each chair. As someone else mentioned, some of the screw holes are not pre-drilled, and although the instructions tell you not to, I did drill some pilot holes. Overall, I'm generally pleased with the chairs.
The chairs are nice however, after putting them together one of the chairs is unbalanced. Only three of the legs touch the ground. Customer service gave me the option to return/exchange or return/refund. This wouldnt be so bad if I didnt have to disassemble them before returning! I will most likely return for full refund to ensure I dont receive another defective chair.
I purchased these chairs for my new table in my new home, I was so nervous because you just never know the results until they get here. I fell in love!! The quality is amazing!! The color and quality is everything I wanted!! My family is so happy and so in love with the chairs. I ordered 6 in black. Shipping was fast and they arrived sooner than expected, very easy to put together. I'm definitely recommending these to others. I actually need 6 more in ivory but unfortunately they're just too tall the length is 45in I need something much shorter. Don't hesitate BUY!!
