My aunt bought chair for my mom who suffers with serious back issues. Easy assembly. Great price. A bit smaller than I imagined (low headrest, so we use a pillow for more head support). When the remote is set on vibrating, its not quiet, it does make noise, I guess she will get use to it. Otherwise she loves the heat function, the lift function and the different settings. If she likes, I love it!
When reclining the chair is not stable. It seems to rock from side to side when reclining. The heat and massage are fine. The lift also works but has a rocking from side to side making the chair seem unstable.
Im loving it so far. Have extra pieces I dont know what they go to. Slide in sides and back made putting it together a breeze. Im 5 foot and chair fits me perfectly. Im a big gal and the seat is plenty big for me.
