Came faster then I thought. Very happy with it. Had shopped at furniture stores but prices were higher not in stock. Saw this by picture only. Very comfortable massage heat was a plus.
Chairs are great fully automatic but one of the massage controllers went out 3rd day of ownership and company is doing nothing to replace it or make it right. They canceled my request for a new remote.
The back of the chair is not very high. My husband is 5 11 and his neck has no support since the height of the back is for short people.
Otherwise I love the chair. It is made of good quality and very sturdy. They need to make a chair just like this one but with a taller back piece.
It was delivered on time by a very helpful young man who brought
both boxes right into the room for us. My husband assembled it
quickly and it works perfectly. Heats/massages and does exactly
everything as advertised. WOW!!!

This chair while sturdy is made for short people due to height of the back.

Very comfortable. But they sent the wrong color. I was going to sent it back . But it kind of blends ok. I ordered Light grey and they sent coffee

It came 2 days before it was suppose to and was easy to assemble. Its comfortable. I love it!
