Bed came missing a piece AND a damaged piece. The number to reach manufacturer is a joke and they dont answer because they dont want to be on the phone. Only way of communication is through e-mail. Still waiting for a response from the company. Very aggravating.
This bed is sooo nice. I got it for my 5 year old. I assembled it by myself and took maybe 2 to 3 hours. There was a little wobble then my husband came home and fixed it so no more wobble. When you have a wobble it has to do with your installing NOT the bed itself. Perfect for my needs
