My girls and I have searched for something to fit the room we call the hang-out spot! This fits perfectly perfect. It is amazing! My 13 year old assisted in putting it together - my way of saying it is easy to assemble. I gave it a 4 only because my daughter and I struggled to attach the chaise to the bed portion. It is quite firm and the quality is good especially considering the price. I am always skeptical when making big purchases online as we purchase blindly. I am not disappointed. One thing to point out, if you are very tall you will have to lay diagonal to be comfortable (my daughter plays basketball and has some tall friends ). A big plus, I love that the seller reached out to confirm delivery and asked if the sofa was ok. Kuddos as great customer service is ALWAYS a plus!
I had a problem with the assemble. The instructions should be more thorough however, the company had GREAT customer service and helped me get through it. This couch is great for its price and for small apartments like mine. The couch is firm but still comfortable and give my living room a luxury vibe.
I love this futon. Its easy to set up and change position. The seats are firm, but comfortable. Fabric is very soft. Very easy to assembled. At the back of the futon, there are 2 zipper compartments on either side that holds the pull out legs when in a bed mode. The guest love it! ️ Would definitely recommend
It was quite a challenge to assemble on my own and it was missing a screw, but it wasnt essential. It is a little firm but overall still comfortable to me. Im happy with it and think it looks great in my apartment!
We wanted a couch that could turn into a bed but that wasnt too big and not technically a sleeper sofa. This was the best purchase we have made! Two people can definitely sit comfortably on this and still have plenty of room in between. Very easy to assemble (like only 3 pieces) and easy to pull out the lower half of the sofa! We use this daily and it looks amazing. It is really comfortable for watching tv and even working from home. I would recommend this to everyone!

He was quick to answer any questions and reached out to make sure we were happy. The sofa is excellent and exactly as advertised. We love it. My granddaughter is two and loves to keep it open to play on. I definitely recommend.
