First bench came damaged with 2 corners broken ( could of been from shipping ) , sent me a new one within days and that was not damaged and took me 1.5 hours to assemble and it looks great .
The first time the bench arrived the product was damaged. It was a bit of a pain to send back only because it was so heavy you need 2 people. BUT the replacement came right away (4 days) and there was no damage.
I am really happy with the quality of the whole set. The pillow is a bit more beige than the picture shows but its comfortable. The height is perfect for sitting. Its in my front entrance and I think its a strong showcase piece
It took me about 2 hours to assemble it myself, but the instructions were easy to follow. One of the panels though had to be installed backwards and I wasnt able to install the cam locks, but it worked out anyway.
I put it together all by myself and it was not too hard. Its solid and looks great in my dining room. Lots of storage also. I got 3 baskets for bottom shelf. Highly recommended!

Cons- It was very difficult to put together. The instructions were garbage and did not help at all. After an hour and a half, it was put together. I still havent figured out how to attach the hinges, but I dont really need them on there because of its location in the room.
Pros- This bench is absolutely beautiful and well-made. It is very sturdy and I love being able to put my shoes at the bottom of it. It is a great addition to my living room.
Everything is fine except for the screws that are supposed to attach to the top lid. They come out. I think maybe they need the screws to be a bit longer so they can attach firmly but also the screws that attach to the bottom of the bench also get loosened. My recommendation is to buy something else.
The hinges for the lid dont hold well. After I had put it fully together, I tried it out by putting my stuff inside. As I was closing the lid its screws and hinges came right out. I am trying longer screws to see if that will hold them into the corrugated wood. I would recommend sturdier hinges and screws so they dont pop out due to the heaviness of the lid.
