We had been looking for a trampoline for my younger daughter for several weeks and we jumped into this one the moment we saw it in . We got a 10 footer blue one, which is the perfect size for our backyard. Bigger ones would have been overwhelming. The price was very reasonable and it had very good reviews. It arrived in a couple of days during the pandemic, and in good condition. The package is heavy, and we needed a cart to move it into the backyard.
Our daughter was excited, so we started the assembly it as soon as it arrived. We did it in two days: the first one, the base and the trampoline, and, the second one, the protections and the external net. We dedicated a couple of hours every one of the days, and we were two or three of us. The instructions were clear and we did not have any specific issues.
The part that was harder was the springs. They are really tight, specially as you are putting more. The given tool only worked for us the first 6 to 8 ones. After that, it required too much strength. It also tends to rotate the triangles that hold the springs into the fabric and they started opening. We managed to fix them but, after it happened a couple of times, we looked around for advice and we saw a video in internet recommending using a long screwdriver to take the hook of the spring into the triangle. That way you can lever, it requires less strength and its safer for your hands. Once we did that, we could easily connect the rest of the springs. We would recommend that the vendor provide a tool like that in the kit.
Our daughter loves the trampoline. It is nice to the eyes, well done, safe, sturdy and relatively easy to assembly. The footing is also good. We had some winds this week and it did not move an inch, though we have also gotten anchors that I will be putting this weekend. I have attached a picture of how it looks.
We absolutely love this trampoline. Its as sturdy as can be and has provided hours of fun for the family. I built the trampoline by myself in about 3 hours. I wouldnt suggest building it alone but it is entirely possible to do so! It would have taken less than 2 hours but two of the eye-bolts designed to hold the netting posts to the base were stripped upon tightening the nuts. It was a simple fix and a stop at the hardware store. My backyard is sloped so I had to level everything off, but I am extremely satisfied. Thank you!
This has been a great trampoline for us (once we got it set up.) Unfortunately UPS damaged our package when it was shipped to us. The damage to the box caused some of the parts to go missing. Customer care at Pyle were great and shipped us the missing parts overnight. Once we received all the parts set up was easy. I recommend the 10 ft trampoline if you only have one child. If you have multiple children in the house or want to have multiple children using it at one time you definitively need to purchase a larger size. The trampoline is sturdy, easy to move when you need mow the lawn, and our daughter loves it.
One thing was that the poles when assembling the lets need to line up. And the box should say what model the trampoline is. Otherwise only took a few hours and two moms to put together
Product shipped quickly and we had a follow up email with shipping confirmation. Unfortunately the box arrived badly torn and we were missing some parts. I reached out to Jennifer and she was extremely helpful. After gathering all the part numbers she immediately overnighted the missing parts to us. After we had all the parts assembly was a breeze. Our daughter is excited.
The trampoline is great! We bought this because of the quarantine and with how much time we have been spending at home, I wanted something else to keep the kids entertained. My kids are 4 and 6 and love jumping on this together and with their friends. Our box was missing some springs (which I totally understand happens) and when I contacted the company they over-nighted the springs to us. This was definitely a great purchase!

She had been asking for a trampoline for forever, and well with the current covid19 going on, we thought why not. This will give her plenty of exercise and keep her busy. The trampoline is very nice. Also, I must say their customer service department is wonderful! UPS delivered our box damaged with a hole in the box. UPS did admit it was their error, but some of the parts fell out that we needed and we contacted the customer service department and they overnighted us the missing parts right away. I couldnt thank them enough. I highly recommend this trampoline.
