They definitely look better in pictures than in person. Not to mention mine didnt come with screws or the wrench to assemble them. Considering how long I waited for them to get here I just went to the hardware store to buy more screws. Wish I hadnt bought them but oh well, theyre cheap.
I am writing this review because past reviews 100 helped me decide on buying these. I am very happy with these chairs for the kitchen island. They are a perfect match to my kitchens color scheme. I am not the most handy person (okay, not handy at all) but surprisingly I was able to easily assemble both chairs myself in about 15 minutes (yay me). My only issue is that I highly doubt these chairs can hold 265 lbs as advertised. Not that anyone in my household is 265 lbs but stillAdditionally, I am not encouraging my family to swivel on these as a regular practice for fear that they may not withstand too much activity. Bottom line / they look good and for the amount of time we do sit at the island, they will be perfect. Overall a good purchase for the price point.

Cheaply made, overpriced!
These chairs are way overpriced for the quality. They wont last. Very disappointing.
