I received my carmel colored chair earlier than expected! It is much bigger than expected! The color is exactly as the picture. Everything about this chair is exceptional and unmatched anywhere online. Im still in shock with the quality, beauty, comfort softness and overall appearance. It is firm which is what hoped for! Love the height of it. The chair design supports your back which is an added bonus!! The customer service is unequally matched. I had to cancel the 2nd chair (green) due to limited space (apt life). The cancellation and refund was immediate following a couple of messages. This was definitely a GREAT purchase (cost, purchase, customer service, and delivery). Not one issue! That is rare with online purchases.

Chair is beautiful, but arrived with a hole in a very visible area of the fabric. We are waiting to hear back from the seller. Hoping that they will send a replacement, but if not we are very disappointed.
This chair is beautiful! There were a few Knicks here and there, but overall fabulous!!!! Way larger than I expected. Easy to put together. I actually did it by myself AND comfortable too. I ordered 2 pink ones Amazing, really love it
