The futon was lost in transit for 10 days. Inaccurate tracking info was provided so we couldnt track it. Box was damaged upon arrival. Horrific customer service in this regards. That being said, it FINALLY showed up. Provided pics regarding set up. Directions are self explanatory. It seems sturdy. I bought it for myself to lay down and recover from major abdominal surgery since my sitting chair is too uncomfortable. Memory foam is adequate and comfortable. Adjustable recline and arm rests. Easily adjusted. Nice fabric. Soft. Rich color and easy to clean. The futon itself is very nice. The customer service is less to be desired and they obviously have idiots in the shipping department. Its affordable and fits nicely in a small space for me. I had to put an area rug down so the legs wouldnt ruin my hardwood floors.
This was easy to assemble, came quickly, and is sturdier than expected. It is also more comfortable to sleep on than expected. Took a chance and was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and comfort.
I like that it looks classy. It is comfortable and very sturdy. The only thing I would change is that I wish the bottom seat section went out a little further, but it is great to sit on either way.
Wanted a little futon that I could put into the corner of the living room and use as a guest bed, and it was exactly what it said it was going to be. Super easy to assemble.
This would be a 5 all over if it was a little bit more softer. Its great for those that love very firm cushion. Its also easy to clean up the material. My grand son loves it in his room.
Assembly was very easy, just attached a few legs. I replaced my bed with this futon as thats my preference on what I like sleeping on. Tried it last night and was quite comfortable in my opinion. A good buy.
