Fast service. Great bed! Sure it takes a bit of time and thought to assemble, but the directions are clear and all of the parts were included. The kids love the bed. Very well built and highly recommend!
Worth it! She loves it. The bed is well built and easy to put together. The directons were easy to follow ,with plenty of pics. They came on time and packed nicely. We got the pine, should have gotten the hardwood for the extra money. The pine dents and scratches easy. There were three damaged pieces, they replaced without a problem. The stain color was way, way lighter than the set that came. It wasnt a game changer, but thats why we give them 4 stars.

It will make.it easier for.my kids to share rooms when they come of age and to have a friend be able to stay the night. Took my hubby and brother 5 hrs to assemble the whole thing and thats with a few breaks. Easy to follow instructions, boxes are labeled as to which peice it is and the wood is numbered ma it easy to follow instructions. Really great buy.
Good. This is a sturdy piece of furniture. Our toddlers love this bunk bed. The storage in the steps is very spacious. The non slip strip on the steps makes for safer travel up and down. We have had this bed for a little over a month now and we have no complaints. We have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and have had no accidents so far, yay! It did take my husband about 4 hours to assemble, but it might be quicker if 2 people worked on it continuously (9 months pregnant with baby 3 meant not much help from mommy). I was little leary of buying, because of some reviews saying the bed wasnt sturdy, but our bed isnt going anywhere, its rock solid.

I loved it. This bed is awesome!!! You will definitely need at least 2 people to put it together but its totally worth the effort. It looks great and I love all the storage. We put ours in a guest bedroom so when my grandkids come over they have a place and then when normal guest come over they also have one. But this is a very sturdy and well made bed. Would highly suggest.
Amazing!!! This is a 2 person job. You will need a drill with a power adjustment dial so you dont strip any holes. Some of the photos in the directions are misleading. When you get stuck, look a couple pages ahead and see the final part locations and it will help.
