This sofa is beautiful. 5 stars for the quality and appearance. Im giving it one star for the seller Bo Co and their handling of the issue when it comes as delivered damaged through shipping. helped tremendously in refunding but the expediency of the response from Bo Co was less than stellar. I would order this again easily if it were in stock, but not from Bo Co.
Okay quality given the price. But craftsmanship is pretty substandard. Ottoman just arrived today and so far feels okay, well try it for a few days until the rest of the pieces show up. Well see how the whole order put together look and feel. Might keep all the pieces, or the whole thing might end up going back...
Compared to our US custom-made top-grain uncorrected leather 105 sofa at $3100 delivered, $3600 for a 105 sectional + ottoman are a good price. But so far, I can 100% say for sure that the assembly quality of this set cannot come close to our custom-made piece!
Time will tell on how the frame, cushion, and leather hold up...
Ordered the ottoman friday and FedEx delivered 6 days later. Not bad!
Item is packed in a thin box w no padding. The ottoman actually takes up the entire box interiors, up to the edges. Only a super thin sheet of foam wraps around the whole thing inside. Luckily, there is nothing breakable.
Legs are in a pouch inside the zippered storage compartment under the cushion, accessible from underneath. Pretty standard setup. Legs are even and have relatively matched finish, with plastic buttons at the bottoms to protect soft floors.
The ottoman frame and internal bracing feel pretty sturdy, not massive or super heavy. But, feels pretty solid and inert.
Leather surfaces look and feel pretty consistent. Color match well among them.
But - yes here come the big BUTs...
The way the leather pieces are attached together looks pretty crappy. The squares dont have straight edges. The cushion edges are wavy.
I cant see how this would and should leave the factory?
Anyway - as of now, I am 50/50...
The sectional was ordered 2 days after, so its coming soon in a week or two.
Might do some exchanges to see if quality improves, if not - they all go back.

Tired of hand-me-downs and cheap furniture that starts falling apart in a year or two we took chance on this one after spending some time researching online brands and sellers.
The reviews on the company along with price made us decide on and Bark. There are several brands with similar/identical looking couches. The other couch we were considering was the Article Sven which was $3299 at the time . The Napa was $2699. and looks near identical. Thats a big difference in price. Got a holiday deal using our Prime Visa for 18 months 0% interest and that sealed the deal.
Ive read some of the reviews critical of the delivery process. We had good luck. Our couch arrived via XPO ahead of schedule and undamaged. I believe our delivery window was 12/7-12/16 and it arrived 12/11/20.
The box had some minor dings but it was well packaged and undamaged. You will need some help! The box is HUGE! We are in a rural area and a tractor trailer cant get up our driveway so we had to meet the driver in town with our pickup. This is normal for us. Weve received freight deliveries before. Took all 10 minutes to assemble inspect.
We love the look and feel. We chose the semi-analine for durability and have no regrets. We were tempted by aniline for softness beauty but we have young grandchildren - nuff said
Its super comfortable and we like the seat height for ease of getting up and down. Getting older- hate low furniture! Awesome for tatering after dinner watching TV. Im 64 and I can lay long ways while my wife enjoys the chase May or may not be important to you. Ymmv
Cant tell you about durability but it feels sturdy and well made. Were hopeful its a 20 year couch. If Im still around in 20 years and I remember Ill try to update my review! Good luck with your purchase no matter what you choose.
Well made. Very comfortable. Easy to put together. Came sooner than expected, which was nice. Delivered in ONE well packaged box, strapped to a pallet. Legs are in bags inside the zippered bottom. I looked for MONTHS for the perfect L-shaped couch and kept coming back to this.....and I am SO glad I did.

Love it.. luxury!!! Leather is luxurious no question ask.. comfortable for me.. it does sink in like s cloth couch, but its soft for and comfortable!
