I would give this more of a 4.5/5 stars if I could. Didnt give a full 5 because
1. There was a miscommunication; many reviews and questions answered noted that everything came in one package, however its actually two packages. After receiving the first package, we were confused because there were no hardware or instructions, and it was clear that there were missing parts; reached out to customer service and they clarified that another shipment would be coming in and it came the next day with everything else/ including the hardware the instructions.
2. Upon finishing building the bed, we found one piece that was already cracked. Reached out to customer service again and they were able to send a replacement for that specific piece.
The crack aside, the quality of the wood is thick and durable/ exceeded our expectations with that. Customer service was very prompt and helpful. Building the bed itself wasnt necessarily a hassle, but it was time consuming/ it took about 3 hours for two people to put it together.
In the end, I would recommend this product. Love the finished product!!
We need more sleeping arrangement in the grand kids room, they help build it and now they loved it, fast delivery one the little boards to hold the mattress was crack but we put it to the foot side of the bed. Im pleased with my purchase.
The bed is nice but very difficult to assemble. The delivery time was fast but it arrived with a broken piece that makes the trundle bed unusable. I contacted the seller and am awaiting reply on wether that piece can be replaced since returning the entire bed would be a hassle. Ill write an update once I receive reply.It was difficult to assemble
Great bed. Color is awesome and not cheap crap. Everything assembled easily but I had room to lay things out. Son loves it and its perfect for hanging out playing PS4. Really nice looking furniture.
I didnt expect as much value as I received. Bought this bed for my teen daughter. I really dreaded putting it together but had zero issues and it went together fairly quickly. Do yourself a favor and use better tools than supplied to speed up the install. The nice thing here that you get besides the beautiful finish is the fact that its solid pine wood instead of a cheaper laminated particle board. Happy with purchase
This trundle bed is awesome! We love the finish, it matches our room perfectly. It is easy to pull out the other bed from underneath. It rolls easy. I also like how the trundle is up off the ground. The drawers underneath are a huge plus too! I like the high sides that make it feel like a day bed when made up. This is going to be my new favorite spot to sit and read or relax.
It does take a long time to put together. My husband didnt mind it and the directions were not complicated but it was time consuming. Good product and definitely a value of a purchase.
I recieved the bed as a gift for my 12 year old. The main board of the frame came split and just split completely after being built yesterday. I would say not to purchase if you want something sturdy. Not very sturdy
