    GREAT CHAIR, worth every penny.

Armrest came with a slight dent on it but compensated me for that. Other than that, this chair is by far the most comfortable chair Ive used. I had 5 previous chairs before this all in the $200-$400 range. I decided after my last one, that I needed to make the investment to get a really nice chair since my back was hurting from the prior ones. This chair will literally adjust the lumbar and chair to how you sit. I love this CHAIR!

The Chairs have a tremendous Warranty; all parts can be replaced/fixed

hello All I personally dont own the Gesture...do own a 2014 462 LEAP...but Ive worked for a Dealership for 27 years; both in Installation but the last 21 as a Service Tech and now the Service Tech Manager who has repaired, fixed, worked on about every chair out there from simple Pneumatic Cylinder Change to swapping out the Chair Controls.... As with most if not all of the latest Chair Models, the gesture has a 12 year warranty on pretty much any part on there. Some have mentioned issues to creaking seats, damaged arms when arrived and possibly other issues...those can be fixed and replaced. You need to contact Directly and if no response, their site should show/give the closest Dealer...who would be the one to send out a Tech to fix the chair or issue a report/warranty claim. I go to Businesses to Homes all the time for this and as long as its under warranty, the Part and labor is covered....and pretty much everything on that chair can be replaced. Tip...keep any and all tags from the Box to Chair...usually theres a small 1x3 White Sticker under the seat that has info like Date, Model, Ack Number, Line Number...keep all that handy...say if the pneumatic cylinder goes out or issues with the arms or a caster breaks in 7-10 years..its covered and will be replaced. Normal Wear and tear on Fabric can be iffy but if say the seam starts coming apart, should be covered. In all its a pretty good and solid chair. The Chair Control is actually an impressive design.

Not as good as you would want, for the price

For $1000, one would expect this chair to be exceptional. A big and tall person is too big for the adjustments of this chair: the seat depth is not long enough and the adjustable arms do not extend high enough. Unfortunately, after one week, the chair started squeaking a little when sitting down. So I would recommend going with the Leap instead.

    It is investment in yourself

After spending so much money on sub $200 chairs for last 20 years I decided to invest in good chair, working from home made this decision a bit easy as this chair will be used for long hours. chair is comfortable one has to find the best setting for themselves after trying, after a week of use I have found the optimal setting. overall I am very happy with the purchase, quality is top notch as expected at this price point. deliver is excellent from , they put the box inside house, all I have to do I cut the box and slide the chair outside. it is fully assembled. I dont have the lunar adjustment feature but I really dont need it, the chair has good support already. I kind of like all adjustable feature they all make the frequent change during the day much easy, it is kind of expensive for majority of people, if you have budget dont hesitate, this will last long time. I have looked into rebuilt one, but personally I do not want to pay above $500 for who knows how old rebuilt chair it, not many honest sellers out there. it is an option if one is ok with the price.

    GREAT, yet annoying

Great looking. VERY solidly built. the money and effort and design is obvious . very comfortable. BUT! the little sliders and rotating mounts for the armrest are a pure annoyance. Set it and leave it alone! I am going to fix them in place with glue or some other method. That is the only complaint. Happy otherwise.

Adjustable and ergonomic, very good build quality.

This chair is superb. Many adjustable features. Adjustments includes seat depth, pneumatic height, multi-way arm rest adjustments, and optional adjustable lumbar support add-on. The product is made of high-quality materials.

Can a desk chair ever be worth $1,000? This one just might be...

This is a $1,000 chair. If you really dont need a $1,000 chair, you probably shouldnt buy one unless youre incredibly wealthy and can afford to throw down a $1,000 for a desk chair just because you can. However, if youre like me, i.e. someone who makes a modest living with chronic neck and back pain, this is a godsend. Before I purchased this chair, I used a cheap $100 chair I bought at . To say its night and day is probably underselling it. Of course, I wouldnt expect anything less from a chair that costs 10x as much and nor should you. My advice, if youre thinking about the purchase but are wary due to the price tag, try it out. One of the best things about the chair is it comes fully assembled right out of the box. So, order it and try it out and if you dont absolutely fall in love with it like I did right away, return it.
