Adjustability up the wazoo.
the only complaint I have is that I wish you could lock the horizontal orientation of the armrests like you can the vertical.
I was always updated on the status of my chair delivery. When it came, all I had to do was cut away one side of the box and remove the protective plastic and roll it out. Im 62 1/2 and about 240, no problems with my height or weight. Great back support, I love the movability of the arms and ease of adjustments.
Excellent chair. Ive had Think, Leap, and Leap v2 chairs all for work. They were all great and I briefly considered buying one for my home office until I saw the price. The office upgraded to the Gesture and it was/is amazing. So great, I bought one for my home office as well. Solid construction, excellent fit and feel all day. For fit reference, Im 56 and 145 lbs.
After years of searching for a chair this is the one.
I started having some back aches and this prompted me to finally spend the money for one of these expensive chairs and Im glad I did.
I tried the cheapo $150 range chairs for a while. They werent doing the job so I tried for the $500 range with a MAXNOMIC. That chair helped my back a little but just wasnt comfortable for my arms. So I went to the Leap first. The lumbar support on that chair was bugging me quite a bit and one of the arm rests was loose from the start. Just wasnt worth the [full] price I paid for it.
This chair is. It is comfrotable, easily adjustable. Looks nice. The lumbar support is good. The arm rests adjust nicely. Most importantly, it relieved the pain I was having from sitting on chairs without proper support. I am happy with my purchase.
I have scoliosis with serious back deformity, so a good office chair is especially important. I was sold by Wirecutters review of this chair , and they were right. Its not just incrementally better than less expensive chairs. This one has a level of support and comfort that is superior.
Im fairly tall and lean so most chairs dont fit me. Both this and the leap fit the best.
RECOMMENDATION: For anyone over 6 tall, getting the lumbar support is a MUST, its only a $25 upgrade but must be done prior to ordering. With the lumbar this is fantastic, without its nice but not as supported as the leap
Great chair, I didnt figure out how to adjust the lumbar support but really like it so far. I wish I could have ordered it with the hardwood wheels instead of having to buy a replacement set. My main problem with this item was it arrived dirty with big dirty fingerprints on the white part of the chair. Thankfully it wasnt stained, just dirty.
Super expensive!
But one of the best things I have ever bought... worth every penny. I have to work for hours sometimes doing very tedious work and this chair is amazing.

Best chair Ive ever sat in.

Expensive, but worth it
Very helpful with hip and back pain.
Comfortable and pretty
You can recognize the quality at one glance. But putting it in my room is hard because the package is huuuge and heavy. Not return-friendly.
This is the chair I have waited my whole life for
