    Best. Thing. Ever. (With Update)

This adjustable bed frame makes your bed dangerously comfortable. I cant rave enough about how cry fabulous this bed frame is. This is not an exaggeration. Im obsessed with this bed frame. Now that Ive tried it, I dont think I can go back to a flat bed ever again. After setting the bed up, my husband and I tried it out by putting it in lounge mode with the medium setting on the foot and head massager. This translates to you never want to leave the bed again mode. We almost fell asleep within a few minutes. I pushed the flat setting and my hubby said, This is barbaric. How can anyone sleep flat like this? I have to agree. The best sleep I had was on a cruise ship when we were on one of the rooms near the top of the ship so you felt the rocking movement and the vibration of the motor. Best sleep ever. The second best sleep Ive ever had was in the hospital bed after a c/section because the head and foot part of the bed raised in a way that it cradled you. This gave me the best of both worldsthe cradling experience, the vibration and hum of the cruise ship motor. Its a good thing I cant replicate the slight rocking movement, I would possibly go into a self/induced coma. What I like: /Easy to put together. I think it took me and my husband about 20 minutes. Most of that was reading the instructions. /No extra tools needed. Just one hex tool that comes with the frame. /So many variations for head and feet positions. /Pre/set elevations: lounge, just what it implies, a partially upright; flat is well, flat, TV/PC is more upright than lounge so you can sit up and watch TV or work on a laptop; Zero Gravity sets the legs higher than the head elevation. The wave looking icon makes the head and foot massager work at the same time. Ahhh. /The massager. Oh, yeah! Its like little cherubs floated down from heaven to gently shake the bed and send you off to sleep with tiny kisses to your eyelids. There are three settings to the massager: light, medium and heavy vibrations. I like the medium. /The raising and lowering of both the head and feet area is smooth and slow (helps to prevent accidents). /The remote. Ultimate luxury or liness, depending on you POV. /It fit perfectly within my queen bed frame. /Price. At $534 at the time of this writing, this is an affordable luxury. /2 USB ports. Nice. /Works with a regular or memory foam mattress. The mattress we have is a memory foam mattress. Cons: /Accident potential. As with any large mechanical item, dont allow small children to use as the remote or the bed without supervision. Also, make sure your pets are clear of the frame when its moving. /No king sized. Its possible two twins will fix that problem. I certainly hope thats the case. Tips: /Its heavy. I suggest you tear down the box and take the bed frame in two pieces to where you want to set it up. The legs and motor are in a separate box within the frame, so carrying those separately will take off some of the weight. /Have another hex tool handy. The one that came with ours didnt fit very well (too big), so we used one from a tool set. /Ignore the instructions that say open the control box. You dont have to open anything. Just plug all the labeled plugs into the correct openings. Its almost impossible to mess up. /It looks like your mattress might not fit where the mattress bar is on the end of the frame. I compressed my memory foam mattress to make it fit. This really made it snug so I dont have to worry about the mattress shifting. /Stick some Velcro on the back of the remote and a small strip on the wall near the headboard of your bed. Then you stick the remote up after using it. No chance of losing the remote. /If you raise the foot or head and youre not sitting on the bed, it will not fit flush against the frame. It doesnt hurt the bed or the frame. Its just something to keep in mind. /Be prepared for the rest of the family asking for one of these. Now I have to buy two for my kids. Thats how impressive the frame is. Overall, this thing rocks. I cant guarantee everyones experience will be like mine. Some people might hate sleeping with their head elevated. But I dont think I could live without it now. The nice thing is, I can get rid of my mountain of pillows that I previously used to sleep on since I cant stand sleeping flat. Were moving to a king/sized bed in a few months. I hope two twins fit correctly. *Update 5/18: Still working great! Still in love with this frame. Ive had no problems at all.

Aming frame with great pre/set positions! Ours was a pain to assemble, though!

I am updating my review because with some Herculean effort, the bed is now assembled. From what the work crew who ultimately got it assembled determined, our frames holes were just a tiny bit off on the non/USB side of the frame. As a result, it took 3 men to secure that side of the frame together, but I am really glad we persevered because the bed itself is everything we had hoped for and more. First, the edges of the bed frame are cushioned and covered in a canvas/like material that protects you when you inadvertently bump into it. Next, the wireless remote control is attractive and easy to operate with pre/set conditions that we love. The zero gravity is unbelievably comfortable and the TV/PC button puts the bed directly into a comfortable position for working on your laptop or watching a movie. The massage features are good, but they are really felt best in the center of the bed. I like that there are intelligent pre/sets that you can then quickly adjust with manual up or down, depending on your preferences. Or, you can opt to just make all the adjustments manually. I do wish the buttons themselves had backlighting so you can see them in the dark, though. The remote has crashed on us, which we had read happens to others as well, By crashed I mean that none of the pre/set buttons would work for us...only the manual up/down. We determined through their troubleshooting guide that 1) the (brand new included) batteries needed to be replaced and 2) the remote essentially had to be re/set to communicate with the bed again. It took less than a minute to do that and it has worked perfectly since. The USB ports are both on one side of the bed (if you are laying on the bed, they are on the right). I would have liked to have one or 2 USBs on each side of the bed, but it is handy just to have them there! The USB cord under the bed does concern me a bit as it is pulled very tightly across to the power station. We have our 10 Sleep Master Spring Coil mattress on this frame and the bar at the foot of the bed is holding it in place well. We had a couple of other anomalies with our assembly. You can see in the second picture that one of the frame holes looks well used, but this is before we touched it, which was odd. Also in the first picture is one of the brackets (the one I struggled with) and it has a metal spur in it that prevented the bolt from going in...in addition to the hole not lining up on the frame. Original Review: I thought I would surprise my husband and have this assembled before he returned from a business trip. I talked a friend into coming over to help me disassemble our old bed and move the 150 lb box up to our room to presumably put it together, but there are 2 areas where it seems the frame holes simply do not align! We tried and tried and finally I couldnt impose on her kindness anymore. For a couple of days now I have slept on the couch in the hopes that when my husband returns he can miraculously help get this assembled. (So much for surprising him with a cool, adjustable bed ready to go...now it will be Surprise! You have no place to sleep! Welcome home! lol No, I told him about the folly of my undertaking so he is prepared, but Argh!!) I hope to discover it is easily remedied, but in the meantime Im kicking myself for attempting this project. Im also a little nervous now that I have moved our mattress with my friend about the total lift weight limit of 325 lbs of distributed weight (as mentioned in the product details). Does that mean we need to be off the bed when we adjust it, because mattress hubby me will likely exceed that??? Im hoping this assembly issue is an easy adjustment that we were overlooking...and that he can fly in and save the day! I will update if we can actually get it set up!

Great, Easy to Assemble Adjustable Comfort Bed!

This bed is great! I love the options and its easily assembled design. The box it comes in is heavy! I recommend having a friend help you move it inside if you dont go to the gym much. However, The parts in the box are easily moved about separately. So A person could just open the box on the porch and hall everything in piecemeal. The hardest part of assembly was disassembling the bed that was in its place. This bed assembled in about 45 minutes. The instructions were easy to follow. I also fount the bed easy to push around on the carpet once assembled. Everything you need for assembly is in the box. The remote comes with pre/programmed settings, and the ability to customize and lock it in place. It also has head and foot massage which is great if you want to replay National Lampoons Vacation. This is a great option for people suffering various health problems and may be limited to bed for a while. It will allow a person to sit up to eat, or to raise their knees about their heart.

    Smooth movement

It is hard to review a bed frame, but I will do my best. I used a memory foam mattress on the frame and played with the controls to make sure it worked correctly. I may have taken extra time to play with the different positions. Overall the movement is smooth and gentle, not super quiet, but not loud either. Liked the massaging/more like magic fingers from a motel room, but it was enjoyable anyway. Overall I liked this frame and recommend it to friends of ours who are disabled.

Second order for twin XL bed base

Ill start by saying I was not given a bed base or a reduced price for my review. This is my second one making my bed a split King adjustable bed. I am very pleased with this product, theyre very quiet, nice hight from the foor (but that is ajustable by changing the legs a bit). I also found split King sheet sets available on . After having used my first twin XL for a month, having no problems with it, I was very comfortable buying another. The shipping was another matter. No stars for the customer care staff, worse than awful. My Pomeranian has no problem riding up and down on the foot of the bed, I think he enjoys the foam mattress. Thanks to answered question I posted, I was able to put two twin XL bed bases inside a king bed frame by putting them on 5 inch bed risers. This raised the base 1/4 inch above side rail when laying flat. This was a perfect solution to that problem. I now have used my base for 3 months and am still very happy with them. Any question Ive had was answered promptly by or customers.
