I bought the king size adjustable frame, the carrier dropped it at my door, its very heavy but thats a good thing. Its a very solid frame, the adjustable feature is great for relaxing in bed. My only problem was the foot message motor was loud. I called the number on the instruction manual and submitted a warranty claim and had a new motor in a couple days. Great support! A screwdriver and 10 minutes and its now perfect.
We saved almost a grand buying from instead of the mattress retailer. Id recommend it for sure simply because of the support.
I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday. He was always complaining about back and leg issues. Its perfect! It works well, was easy to assemble (though the box is very heavy and you need help to lift). The vibrator is not that strong, but it was not why we purchased this one. The anti/snore setting really works and literally saved my relationship.
I ordered this for my husband with Alzhiemers. It came a lot sooner than expected. Its heavy and I was worried how I would get it done. A little push and shove and prayer. I got it done in less than 3 hours. Letting mattress settle before husband sleeps on it. Im rarely disappointed in .
Im an owner of the first generation model and I like it a lot, but my mom needed one and I decided to get the 2.0 bed frame for her.
You know, you expect something thats advertised to be a refreshed model to be an improvement and this 2.0 bed base is clearly worse than the previous generation model that I own. Most of the problems stem from the the remote.
The bed motor adjusts the frame normally like you would expect and that works fine in my testing. The remote however, sucks. Instead of 3 memory positions, you only get one. Instead of being able to hit the flat button and forget it while it flattens on its own, you have to hold down the button the whole time or it stops. The zero gravity button doesnt even work. Its way more latent than the previous version. The flashlight LED is frustratingly dimmer than the one in my previous generation remote. These design choices are not by people trying to improve a product, dont get the 2.0 model, get the older one, its better.
On top of all of that nonsense, one of the legs came defective, and screws welding broke and was lost inside the leg. I spent like an hour and a half trying to get the screw through the hole so I could finish putting the thing together. Get what you pay for.

Frame
My wife like it!
Full vs Queen
Received full size when we ordered queen size , other than that seems to work fine
Used both the previous gen and current gen bed frame. The new one is a downgrade.

Great bed
It was for my daughter, she loves it.
It really was the easiest bed to put together!
Perfect size and so easy to assemble.
Works great
It works as well or better than more expensive brands
