    Backyard trampoline

16ft trampoline that can held up to 330 lbs. the stands look sturdy , came with two large parcels, took almost three hours from us to assemble the base parts, overall a easy set up but user manual is required Material wise looks solid and kids are happy with this new toy as they can bounce on it

    Great trampoline

Grandkids love it. Zippered enclosure is a must have. Big, sturdy, ladder is a plus. Shipping took weeks.

    Poor goal placement

This is our second trampoline (first one was a different brand) so assembling it was much faster this time around. The spring tool that came with it made the job much faster. We are very disappointed with the basketball hoop positioning. The goal itself is better than most however the fact that the goal sits above the netting creates issues for our son. He shoots the ball and unless it goes in, the ball bounces outside the trampoline so we are shagging the ball constantly. It would be very nice if there were something that fastened to the goal that extended the net higher than the goal OR the goal sat lower on the pole within the netting. The trampoline itself will be fine however for our 8 year old who only ever wants to play basketball...its not a perfect fit.

    Very nice!

2 big boxes arrived, I put it together and it worked perfectly. I did buy six 10 foot 1 (inside dia) conduit pipes at the hardware store at about $15 each and hammered them 1 1/2 feet into the ground just outside and touching the 6 uprights of the trampoline, then used heavy zip straps at 3 places around the poles to make it stronger, and it was an excellent idea!!! I highly recommend doing the same.

    This company was VERY accommodating!

After having trouble with an item ordered, this company did EVERYTHING they could to make things right!!! I could not be more pleased with the end result.

Directions are poor trampoline is good.

Trampoline is good. Direction are poorly written. No detail is given on alternating the bolt lengths to accommodate the safety poles on every other leg. Key detail. There is no phone number to call to ask for help. I just figured it out through trial and error.

    Great mid-range trampoline!

My kids are having a blast!!! I like that the net keeps them safe from the coils. Not too hard to assemble, but it is a 2 person job and will take a 3ish hours.

QA needed badly on this one

The good: It arrived Most of the parts seem to be in good order The Bad: QA was shoddy, several of the Ts needed to be filed before the Leg Extensions could be put in. The Bolts for the Leg Extensions was way too small for the Ts to be secured properly and safely. One of the leg extensions has a very bad weld. I can fix (so far) the issues that I have spoke of but I should not need to do so after having paid the money I did., I cannot recommend due to the issues that I have experienced. Update: Working with the seller, they were able to assist me with all the issues that I had without issue. I cannot thank them enough! They listened to me on issues of QA, was prompt in communication and assisted me in resolving all the issues that I had. Very good and honest seller!
