The wood is attractive and the construction of the frame is really intuitive and basic. As an older woman, I assembled it in less than half an hour alone, with no struggles at all. The same could not be said for many an project in the past! My only criticism is the thickness of the legs. I would have perhaps preferred something with a more graceful design but it is solid and sturdy. Very pleased.

I am in love with this product. The attention to detail from the moment you open the packaging is amazing. The directions are so easy to understand. Its very clear from how the items are packaged and labeled how to construct this piece. They even send a very sturdy ratchet tool instead of only including a hex key (which they also provide). The screws are a nice bronze color instead of a cheap light weight aluminum. They even thought about having velcro to hold the slats in place. On the slats are two large no-slip strips for when you put your mattress on top (to prevent the mattress from slipping everywhere). Its obvious that they have thoroughly considered what could go wrong and done their best to correct those issues while making a beautiful piece of furniture. So impressed!!!
I bought this frame after reading the reviews. I am very pleased with this bed frame. It arrived quickly. It took my husband and I about 1hr and 15 min to assemble, maybe took a bit longer than average since we laid out all the parts and took our time. The parts were packaged and labeled very well. It was nice to have another person assist just to hold in place when you connect right angles. The finished product was excellent, the wood looks very nice-no dents, scratch marks etc. SO....much better than a metal frame I had bought with a prior bed which was still expensive and need to use a bed skirt (ugh) so hide the frame. Would definitely recommend this frame.
When the platform bed arrived I was horrified by the size of the box! It was about 7 feet long and had to weigh 50+ pounds. When I opened it I was horrified by what I thought for me would be an impossible assembly. My toolbox consists of a butter knife. I was sure this was going to have to be returned. The thought of lugging this back to UPS horrified me...Im 70 years old! After calming down and deciding to give this a shot the assembly was genuinely simple ... even for me. The tools for the job were included ... an Allen wrench and ratchet ... the screws all easily fit into place. The bed looks impressive. This is a substantial piece of furniture. If someone said this was $300 or $400 dollars I wouldnt have questioned it at all. Buy it. You will not be disappointed!
