When we pulled it out of the box we started noticing that a lot of the wooden posts had significant cracks in them. It was more cosmetic versus anything else but for the several hundred dollars we paid for the bed it was way more than what was acceptable. In addition it took us more time to put together then I would like to admit. Now that it is up though I love it and it will work great and my girls room. Whens completely assembled it is very sturdy Gorgeous and Good Quality
Bed came in good shape, there was a couple of scrapes and little dents here and there but nothing too big. My husband assembled it on his own took him a while but he figured it out. Works well for our 7,5 and 4 year old. Looks good in there room. Very good value for high quality.
This is a great heavy duty bunk bed that feels like high quality. I had it professionally installed and he had no issue and had it put together in 3 or 4 hours solo. IT is EXACTLY like pictured. Beautiful
I am used to putting together these kinds of ready to build furniture items. helps if you are good at spacial relations as you need to go by diagrams to assemble. Took my time, did it by myself and it took just over 3 hours. Instructions are clear, all the bits and parts you need are there except for a Phillips screw driver. Some of the pre/drilled holes had bits of wood inside or still hanging from the inside of the hole / these get caught in the bolts and cause a problem / but once you know / easy to clear and do over. Looks very nice, seems sturdy, grand sons will put it to the test next week! Met my needs perfectly!
Very difficult to assemble. Came in damaged box and missing parts. The wood is very cheaply made and is easily cracked and damaged. Missing parts and screws. Too me 8 hrs to assemble. Has a lot of small parts. Wouldnt recommend

At the bottom of the ladder there were no holes to secure it to the bed. Worth every dime
