Excellent quality customer service! This trampoline is strong, durable, looks great, very affordable and is safe. Were having a ton of fun! Probably wouldve only taken an hour to assemble if we had the instructions haha. If you didnt get them/ I took step by step pictures and would be happy to share. The ladder was warped and wouldnt sit on the edge of the frame, so I reached out to the seller and they immediately shipped a replacement one that came FAST! The ladder isnt great at staying put, so we bolted it to the frame for added safety for our youngest child. This is the best trampoline out there and you cant beat the price for the quality Well made just what I was looking for!
Well I could not get this trampoline together. The frame was a little off and would not fit together correctly. The company gave me a full refund. I am satisfied with this company. They did the right thing. This item was correct.
Easy to put together and durable trampoline. Good quality! Love that it has stairs attached making it easier for my children to get in and out of the trampoline. My kids absolutely love it! Looks great.
This trampoline was highly rated which convinced me to purchase it. It functions great but I do have 3 things that disappoint. 1. The ladder comes loose a lot and causes more problems than not so we dont use it. 2. Since the side net attaches to the outer edge of the trampoline frame, the fabric that wraps over the frames pulls loose from the frame because the friction from the net pulls it out. 3. The springs make a ridiculously loud squeaking sound when bouncing on the trampoline. Friends have a trampoline purchased from Walmart that has none of these problems, and especially no squeaking springs. Otherwise, kids love it and it does the job. what I needed.
Very sturdy and easy to put together. The only opportunity is the netting wasnt in the instructions. It also gets stuck on the foam around the bars and can bunch up or tear. Other than thatwe love it! Great Value.
Great product, very sturdy for the money, only issue was the trampoline t/hooks they gave us both broke. I would suggest buying an extra one just in case they break and you can have on hand. This was our first trampoline we put together, we put legs on and than the rest as per a YouTube video and went much quicker.
Overall I think its a good buy for the money. My 3 year is really excited. Only took a star because the things broke and set us back a day in putting together. Definitely a 2 hour job for those not familiar. We also used our own screwdrivers that seemed to be more effective. But it still works great.
I would recommend using ratchet straps or something similar to put the trampoline together. Also, there needs to be directions on how to install the net correctly. This is not included in the directions and because of this I have the safety net up but cannot zip the zipper and Im not going to take it back apart.
Despite my frustrations, it is a good, solid piece of equipment and if I would have put one together before I probably wouldnt have experienced any of these issues Could be little cheaper.

Need to devise way to support ladder
The ladder has no support. It just leans against trampoline to be climbed. Works well.
