Update The company gave us a partial refund for our trouble. My Husband was able to find a way to make the holes larger and we finally got it together. While it was very frustrating, at least the company made an effort to resolve the issue.
I am on the first step and already regretting my purchase. Most of the holes dont line up. I have even used a hammer and cant get them to line up. I am assembling on the grass and the powder coating is already scratching off. I would suggest going with another brand.
I put a 3/star because they sent me 7 out of 8 of the correct pieces for the support poles that hold the safety net. When I went to reach out to their support I discovered that they have no phone number or email listed on their site. They only have a form that you fill out, which I did 3 days ago and havent heard back. They also dont list their address on their site, so Im starting to get worried that they are located in another country. Other than issues with their support, the product seems to be decent quality. I was able to drill a new hole in the incorrect piece to make it work, but it would have been unnecessary had they sent the correct one in the first place. At this point it would be nice if they acknowledged the problem and at least get back to me about it. I also discovered that their paper instructions differ quite a bit from the video instructions they have on youtube. This caused a headache because I had to go back and re/do a section because the instructions were in a different order
UPDATE: I did hear back from their support a couple days later and they sent me a replacement. As of writing this its been several months and me and my son have given it weekly use. It is starting to sag a little in the middle, but Ive researched ways to tighten the threads and will likely wait till after winter to try. Upgrading to 4 stars Quality product.

I got this trampoline for my toddlers and its perfect. My teenager and I set it up without issue. I like that the net has a ring to help it hold its form at the top and that it came with ground tethers as many dont. The zipper is brightly colored which makes it easier to find and get in when they kids need fast attention. Happy with the purchase. Good for its value.

We love this trampoline. However, the top of the net does pop out and the zipper doesnt close. Shipping was a nightmare because the box is so heavy that it gets completely trashed in transport. Customer service was great, but it was disappointing to wait another week for all of the replacement parts we needed that were lost in shipping. One person job.

Not sturdy cheaply made.
Would not recommend. Very cheaply made. Not sturdy and reliable at all. Its ok but smaller than expected.
