The box came damaged which seemed like it had not affected any on the parts until I got to the middle. One of the legs has a decent dent and the joint weld is pretty junky. Also, I am not sure what was on the inside of the box but it looked like fiber glass so I would recommend just having a vacuum handy. After those things I was a little miffed. I went ahead and put it all together anyways. the dent did not seem to affect the end result, it is sturdy and pretty easy to put together I would recommend it as a two person job makes it flow my smoothly, also some washers for the allen head bolts that way you can tighten it without pitting the metal. otherwise this is a great desk.
I had contacted customer service and they got back to me well before the 24 hour period. That was impressive and when I explained the issue with the bent leg they offered to replace it or to refund $26. I chose the money because I did not want to deal with taking it apart. communication has been prompt and clear. I would buy something from them again because I know if I had another issue it would be resolved in a timely manner.
I would give an overall 3 stars for quality control but the end result makes up for that.
It was beautiful when put together . There were some missing pieces so we couldn’t put the cross bar decoration at the back but it still looked nice and we’ve had it for a month now . Very sturdy .
Although the desk was meant for two people, it works really well for my husband. It is roomy and open and fits out decor perfectly. Easy to assemble as well.
We really like this desk and it fits in our small space well without being oversized. It is very heavy and sturdy. The box was damaged in shipping, but there was only two small scratches on the whole thing. Took a few hours to put together, but it was super easy to ensemble.
