It came right on time and so easy to assemble. Also, it comes in one big box with just two part to put together . It will take less than 10 minutes
Assembly was very simple. The heated option works very well, better than most heated seats in vehicles. All the functions on the remote worked great, the massage function works well but its more of a vibration than a massage (as to be expected for a heated massaging recliner for under $300)
The cup holders come out, which makes them very easy to clean. Pleased with the product, I have no major complaints. I received exactly what was advertised and I use it everyday
As others say, this chair is easy to assemble. However, I found it stiff and hard to recline when I tried to recline it by lying back, and when I tried to close the footrest under chair so I could get out of it, it didnt close, making it clumsy to get out of.
I was on the point of giving up on this chair and returning it; my husband turned it over and was looking at the mechanisms underneath, and I asked whether he thought the hinges might respond more easily with a little oil. He agreed, and lightly oiled them: it was like magic! The footrest now clicks into closed position every time with just light pressure and leaning forward, and upon leaning back, the chair now reclines almost horizontally. I believe I could now sleep in it easily.
This chair is gorgeous. Its very firm. I was skeptical for sure when ordering. However this chair is sturdy and comfortable. It is narrow which I like, it will make it easier to hold baby.
The color of this chair is bluer than I had wanted but its still tolerable.
Nice chair! Not as plush as a chair from a furniture store but really nice! The massage component isnt comparable to that of a nail salon or spa but its a nice touch. It mostly vibrates but doesnt kneed. My fiance may never sit with me on the couch again because he loves it so much!

Why it gotta spin when Im sleep
I loved the chair and the massage setting on it are just right. I use it to nap and just watch tv. I dont like how it spins cause it makes feel sick.

I got this chair before 4 months ago and now its leaning from the left side also I bought the warranty but there is nobody care
