Everything was good until I had to attach the actual top part of the chair to the actual chair and it would latch because it had missing latch connectors i also didnt see the screws but found them underneath the chair where the wiring was. the latch piece was still missing, i dont feel like returning the chair but I would like to be reimbursed for having to buy the part, other than that the chair is comfortable and its working!
Glad I found what I wanted I got this as a gift on my registry. It arrived quickly and was very easy for me to put together myself. Unfortunately my item ans the box were damaged on arrival but the seller was incredibly responsive and coordinating getting me a replacement right away.
The chair itself is on the smaller side so great for smaller spaces- not so great if youre a bigger person. I enjoy it though! Its not the softest/comfiest chair but the massage function and heat compensate for some of that. The heat doesnt get too warm, but I imagine it will still be noticeably helpful during late night winter feedings.

Great product, loving it! Thanks Comfy chair with great vibrations, even though they all feel the same level. This chair is not meant for big people though, meaning wide people. It is definitely a skinny man chair. It is hard to fold your legs up in the chair, so your pretty much sitting straight legged because of the deminsions.
