It took us about 2 hours to put the bunk beds together. As we were putting the top part together the parts stopped lining up correctly. It appeared as though a few of the bars were bent and some of the holes for the screws were stripped out. When we opened the box originally, it did not appear to be damaged in any way and the items were all packaged tightly. I give it a 3 star due to the minor damage to the bars that caused more frustration when putting it together. On a positive note, the kids love it and it seems pretty sturdy. Think before you buy.
This product is great nice and sturdy. Very easy to put together with good instructions. My kids love there bed and I do too. Very reasonable.. Perfect.
It looks nice and ours didnt have any damage but the ladder slats are so thin they hurt my kids feet when they climb them. My daughter has me lift her into bed each night. Interesting.
Bed seems sturdy enough. A part of the frame was bent but the bed still works fine. I was missing at least 5 of the screws needed. I had some laying around and was able to make do. Also we had a problem getting one of the main support rails on the top to attach correctly. There was paint or something inside the hole that we had to scrape out. Poor construction.
Perfectly as pictured.
Paint was chipped in a few areas. Nothing I was worried about. My 7 and 5 year old would probably chip it if it didnt come that way. Nothing
A little white nail polish wont fix.
Great space saver! Exactly as Described.
Assembly of this item is done by bolting pieces together with 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch screws which attach to nuts that are permanently set into the tubular components at the factory. While assembling the beds, there were several places where the instructions called for a 1/4 inch screw, but the nut set into the tube was a 5/16 one. Conversely, there were other locations calling for a 5/16 screw, but the corresponding nut set into the tube was 1/4 inch.
Also, the bed rails were supposed to be connected to the tubular member with two 5/16 screws. But the holes in the end of the rail did not line up with the nuts set into the tube, making it impossible to secure it with both screws. Furthermore, this was one of the situations where the nut in the tube was 1/4 inch. Consequently, a connection that was supposed to be made with two 5/16 screws could be made using only one 1/4 inch screw, seriously compromising the strength and rigidity of the assembled bed.
This bed was pretty simple to set up. I am not the best at putting things together but I was actually able to get this put together quickly with the help of my young kids. Decent buy for me.

The manufacturer of this item has a serious quality control problem.

Great value
We got the blue one. They were priced lower than some of the other colors. No problems putting it together. They are sturdy. Must buy.
