Be careful when choosing mattress adjustable bed frame. recommended a Dynasty mattress which I purchased to go with bed frame. Mattress is much too thick (12 inch) and firm to allow bed frame to lift legs properly. Will not do the bend for under knees. Now am stuck with a mattress that would probably cost at least purchase price to return not to mention how to package (came compressed). I like the frame but is almost useless for purpose bought with mattress recommended for it. Think before you buy.
This is an awesome unit that is priced well under the movable mattress competition in retail stores. As a bonus, our memory foam mattress is perfect for this base. We were able to get rid of our box spring and use this setup in our existing frame with some modification (removed the rail holding the slats for the box spring). We did experience the same frustration shared by other reviewers about painted bolts being difficult to insert. Despite that, the bed went together well, and the customer service offered by this company could not be better. We requested and received detailed product assembly instructions via email before the bed arrived. After it had been set up for about a month, a weld failed. Jim Stanco, the e/commerce manager, responded in less than six (6) hours and quickly arranged to expedite the shipment of a replacement unit. In fact, he made the whole resolution process as painless as possible. Thanks to our enjoyment of this bed base, weve ordered one for our queen/sized bed as well. I simply cannot say enough about how much we enjoy the flexibility and additional features (massage, USB port) of this bed base and how polite, professional, concerned, reasonable, and responsive this companys customer service has been.If you purchase one of these adjustable bases from , I hope you will enjoy it as much as we have. Great value plus a few bells and whistles Love having the USB port and the massage feature is a nice touch. (Haha. Get it?) The adjustable base arrived quickly too! Easy to assemble — no problems with missing parts or misfitting parts. Only two issues: 1.) The Zero Gravity button on the remote worked a few times, but now it only lifts the foot section up to a weird angle, and 2.) The adjustable base is exactly the size of (in my case) a full mattress. So, if your bed frame has side rails that have a lip protruding toward the center to hold a mattress, you may have to do some tweaking to make the platform nest inside the bed frame. One way to tweak it would have been to add the leg extensions to lift base above the lip on the rails. But, I wouldnt have been able to use the USB plug (it would be hidden behind my rail) plus the mattress would sit too high for my bed to look right. I ended up switching the bed rails so the lip pointed outward. Not the best look, however, my bedding mostly covers it up. Its still a tight fit inside the bed frame though.
I would buy this brand again! Any chance I could get a fully working remote though? This item was correct.

Great price and somewhat durable. Ive been using this base for almost 2 weeks now. The fact is that it has surpassed my expectations in both quality and comfort. The Zero/G position is wonderful for sleeping. What originally sold me on this base is the leg sets in optional heights. I wanted to put the base on TOP of a 3/drawer platform base, so I needed the 4/inch leg option. It is still a fairly high bed at 28 inches to the mattress top, but even that is lower than many tall/bed models. The ability to make minor adjustments to the stored positions and then save them is great. I found that I wanted the head just a little lower in the PC/TV position. Everything else was perfect. The USB charger slots have been very handy for my phone, which I also use as a night clock. I didnt think I would use the massage very much, but Ive quickly come to enjoy that quite a bit. If you are looking for a good adjustable base, I highly recommend this one.
UPDATE: After 8 months I wouldnt change a thing in my review above. This bed base is fantastic for the price.
Looks nice and sturdy. I like this bed, it works great and I would have given it 5 stars but the legs were extremely difficult to put on. I think it was the paint they put on the screws. I was able to get 1 screwed in, and yes, I did check the thread to make sure they were put in correctly so as not to be stripped. My husband, who is 64 tall, 250lbs, so not a lightweight, had to get a huge plumbing pipe to get them screwed in and even with that he had to really labor over them. He almost gave up. I could not believe it. They need to stop putting paint on the screws, it probably got caked in the screw hole. I would like it if they put some kind of glow in the dark tape on the controls so you can find the right button/side to push in the middle of the night if you want to change its position. Also, it would be nice to offer it WITHOUT the massage, a feature I will never use, and I think there are others that feel the same way. Because it is low to the ground and my other bed was higher off the ground, I will have to put a platform under it to use my bedspread, which was an expensive splurge so I do not want to get rid of it. I have dunlop talalays on it, a firm as the base and a soft as the top and it works great with those. Some of the other more heavy duty mattresses look like they would encumber the movement of it and detract from the main feature you are looking for.
