The item arrived with a small tear in the armrest and the company was very accommodating and gave us the option to receive a partial refund (15%) and keep the item or a full refund if we sent it back. The correspondence with this company was very quick! They replied within hours of my messages. The product is pretty small but it was exactly what we were looking for. Its also very easy to use and light so easy to move.
Ultimately: this is a great piece for under $200. If youre looking for something fantastic, you should up your budget. I bought this because I moved across the country and needed something now until stores open (re/pandemic) and for the price its great! It was so easy to install and set up and it serves its function. Love the cup holders. I will say, its not the best for sitting on to binge watch Netflix but it does its job. If I had an office after I get a new couch I would definitely keep it. Great buy!
Love our new futon! Works perfect in our rec room, cup holders are great feature. Some reviews say its uncomfortable but it is pretty comfy for sitting- havent tried futon for sleeping yet. Very easy to assemble. I did it myself in 15 min. Very happy with our purchase and might buy another for our 3 season porch.

I absolutely love my chair! The pump even works! I read reviews saying that it pumps backwards and that is because its being installed backwards! Im in love with everything. The only problem that o have with this company is that they shipped me 6 chairs when I paid for 7. I called so they should resolve this issue soon. I have no worries about Baasha fixing this for me!

Great inexpensive furniture for occasional use.

Its a sleeper sofa for sure
Thought it would be more comfortable. Other than that awesome and super fast shipping. Arrived way before said date.
