Great couch. Would recommend to friends

Great couch to have. It does seem pricey but I found the price was spot on compared to other couches on and Wayfair. Wayfair does have another couch for $50 less or so that has storage but that starts to take away from how light and easy to transport this is. This couch could easily fit into a Honda Civic and the heaviest piece is light yet strong. I had my doubts about the fabric but it is very soft. The leg rest is not attached to the couch but does not move at all. After going to multiple furniture stores I would say that this couch is just as strong as most other couches in the $500-$1000 range.

Cheap, easy to build, pretty color, COMFY!

Bought this couch after moving into my first 1 bedroom apartment and was excited because Ive been searching for an affordable emerald green couch for a while. Thsi didnt disappoint. I was skeptical to order a couch off of - but this was the easiest thing to assemble. I built it in 20 minutes on my own- and Ive never built anything in my life lol One thing I will mention is that the box is SUPER HEAVY. I dragged it into my apartment somehow on my own, but probably best to have somebody help you!

    Comfortable, removable cushions

I love this couch, the color is beautiful! It is comfortable and every cushion is removable for fluffing or washing. The seat cushions are firm so you dont sink into the couch but soft and cozy. The back cushions are more soft and very comfortable. The couch was easy to put together, it took two of us about 20 minutes. There is a 200 lb weight limit per seat but we have no had any issues so far.

    Cute and comfy

easy to assemble and super warm and cozy... none of the seat cushions are attached so they slide a little... and was expecting the cushion to be attached to the ottoman... but cant beat the price for something so easy and attractive

I was worried about buying a couch online, but this couch is wonderful!

This couch is very comfortable. I love the fabric, its extremely soft and the color is very nice. The bottom cushions are firm and supportive without being hard, the back cushions are nicely filled. Some people have reviewed that the back cushions get squished down or that they are flat/not filled enough. But, they have zippers so if you really wanted to you could add more stuffing. Im 55 and sitting against the back cushion leaves my legs hanging at the knees, so the width is perfect for me. I also really enjoy that the ottoman can be used as a sectional/attached ottoman or as a seperate ottoman. I use it as attached most of the time and switch it if I have guests so the ottoman can be moved around and used as a fourth seat. The arm rests are thin but have padding and are very comfortable, unless you are laying with your head against them. In that case they are a bit too hard, but just use a throw pillow and youre good. It was extremely easy to assemble, I did so by myself within 20-40 mins. My biggest critique of this couch is that it feels very very slightly unstable. However, I most likely only feel that way because I put it together. You dont need any tools, theres no screwing anything in or hammering. You just put it together like a puzzle and sit down. But because of that I guess I feel like its a little fragile, because its also easy to take apart. But anyone else would see it as a perfectly normal and extremely comfortable couch. I was wary of buying a couch online because I wouldnt be able to test it before purchase, but you dont need to worry about that with this couch. Its comfortable, soft, beautiful, and a great addition to smaller living rooms especially. The ottoman is really a step above, the couch would be wonderful without it too. The only thing that bothered me about how it was delivered was that the box was in pretty bad shape. It had rips, stains and smudges, and the tape was barely keeping it together. However, the couch was completely undamaged, and came totally wrapped in protective plastic so no biggie. Plus, the delivery men were nice enough to bring it up the stairs to my second story apartment door. Overall, I very much so recommend this couch.

    Great couch!

Love this couch! Its sturdy and the fabric is beautiful. It is firm but not to firm. The cushions seem like they will break in nicely. Definitely recommend.

    Freaking perfect couch

I needed a smallish couch for my bedroom... I wanted a chaise... This was all of those things. It was packaged in 1 large box that weighed about 70 lbs. Unpacking was a breeze as the cushions were vacuum sealed. Assembly was SO EASY! Seriously... I am a 5 ft 1 150 lb woman... I put the entire thing together by myself in about 30 mins... The only reason it took me that long was due to the fact I had to line things up on both ends alone.... But it was EASY no screws or nuts and bolts... Basically put slide a into slot b and viola... Done... I was skeptical about it being sturdy but I have plopped down on it a bunch as well as my kids, boyfriend and dog... It doesnt budge. Its super comfy even before the cushions fluffed up but after about 72 hrs it was great. The only issue I have is sometimes the seat cushions slide and have to be repositioned... But that happens on a lot of couches so... A little velcro and bam fixed... The back cushions are velcroed in and they stay perfectly. The floating ottoman is AWESOME... The color is gorgeous... The fabric is soft to the touch and easy to clean... I spilled on it last night and wiped up with a damp wash cloth and you cant even tell anything happened... Its great 0 complaints I am super hapoy I purchased this couch. Ps the 1st photo is from before it was fluffed up

So easy to assemble and comfortable too.

This is a review for the Strummer Modern Reversible Sectional Upholstered in Green Velvet Fabric with Floating Ottoman. The couch comes disassembled in a very small, compact box with a simple instructional pamphlet included. The unboxed parts are all clearly labeled to match the brief assembly manuals images. What I found refreshing and a little concerning is there are ZERO screws or bolts. To assemble the couch, you put the parts together with a blade and receptacle approach. My concern was that the lack of bolting the parts together would cause the couch to not feel stable when you sat on it and that it would move or float in an unsettling way. My concerns were misplaced; the design rather ingeniously utilizes your weight and gravity to firmly lock the parts to one another making the couch incredibly stable. The back cushions come with Velcro strips that hold them in place which solves one of the greater issues with back cushions - their moving and getting out of position if you sit on them for any length of time. It surprised me how comfortable the couch was and it comes with a chaise lounge which you can move onto either side of the couch. The base springs are really firm and supportive. Ive never liked when Ive sat in a couch and I sink so deep that its an issue trying to get out. This is a very comfortable couch to sit in and reading a book with your legs stretched out on the chaise lounge is a great. This couch is perfectly designed for small spaces without sacrificing comfort or looks. This couch is priced right along with other similara small form factor reversible chaise lounge couches. So, what makes this my choice? Its simple and quick to put together and incredibly comfortable to boot.

    Strummer Modern Sectional Couch

I got this for my middle school media center where I work. Weve been wanting to revamp the seating area for some time but we are a very, very poor school (76% free and reduced lunch). Many businesses in our area support the local private school so were kind of forgotten about. This was easily put together. The custodian did it within fifteen minutes. Three minutes after that, two 6th graders were lounging like it was happy hour at the local biker bar. That afternoon, a 7th grader sneaked a bottle of Gatorade in and promptly spilled on it. But it cleaned up completely, no stickiness or staining. One of our self-contained kids (moderate intellectually disabled) started jumping on it and no breakage whatsoever. So when I say this is durable, believe me, its durable. Once the newness of the couch wore off, the kids settled down and treated it better. Its not over the top comfortable but thats okay. We dont want any students falling asleep.
