The tree arrived with some broken off limbs and some of the lights were crushed so certain strands didnt work until we found the individual bulbs and replaced them.
Beautiful Xmas tree but only the bottom lights are lit.... I had to go out and buy white lights. The biggest reason I purchased this tree is because it’s supposed to be pre-lit.... The lights don’t work... I normally don’t buy fake trees and this is why...
Not quite as described. It’s a nice tree, but I was expecting the small LED lights not LED lights that look exactly like regular Christmas lights. You couldn’t tell this by the picture. Also the “reusable carton for storage” is literally the cardboard box it was shipped in...most disappointing part of the purchase.
I was quite disappointed in this tree. The photo is very deceiving. Not full at all. The lights fell out like crazy. At least 30 bulbs fell off while taking it from the box. Too late to return it, need it for this weekend event.
This product was easy to assemble but takes time fluffing out. It was the right size for a smaller house. Only set back was the bottom row of light did not light up

Easy to assemble and lights are great, but definitely not PowerConnect through the pole as advertised. Buyer beware

My tree came with NO screws I’m very disappointed I’ve been waiting to assemble it and no I did not overlook them
Affordable and simple
This product was easy to assemble but takes time fluffing out. It was the right size for a smaller house. Only set back was the bottom row of light did not light up

It was much sparser than the image leads you to believe. There were so many gaps we had to use fillers.
