It worked well for us, especially since we have a lot of decorations. However, if you don’t have as many you’ll probably see all of the holes through the tree. My husband paid $100 for the tree but many big stores like Walmart and target have the same size tree for $50 (half the price). So it’s really like paying $50 extra for the convenience of .
The tree sort of smelled when we opened it. So you should open in the garage and let it air out. There is also a bit of a film on the branches. I was surprised by the volume of the tree. Its a nice size for the money. Not enough lights for my taste, but its not bad. I am happy with it. I wasnt going to spend a lot of money this year.
I like the Christmas tree that I purchased through , and it was enjoyable and easy to put together. I sometimes wish I wouldve waited for the Black Friday deals to buy a tree, but I prefer to buy it ahead of time than wait. I hope it w be a little bit thicker, but for now, it will be due. Overall it was a great purchase, the one flaw that I will say I bit shaky at times, but maybe its on my part. I will try to readjust it to be a little bit tighter overall; I think its such an excellent tree for small apartments like mine.
This tree is good for the money. White and colored lights with lots of combinations, no remote however, you need to use the foot button on the floor. The tree is very slim, works great for limited space or in a corner.
This tree is exactly what I was hoping for. Though I did not fully assemble it having received it in July, I checked out its electronics, and they are great. We had an older, larger multi-color LED bulb tree for 4-5 years that went all white, all colors, or alternating (kinda irritating), but getting older we wanted to downsize in height and weight for storage.
The first tree took over two weeks to arrive. It had a shipping oops that sidetracked it from a Hawaii destination to Kentucky. When it arrived, the box had an extreme amateur over-tape job with both ends fairly well open. The tree itself seemed okay, but then in looking the box over with all sorts of stickers and labels covered over by the carriers blank stickers, then finding a second label on it that errantly sent it to Kentucky, I realized I was shipped someones returned merchandise with no idea what the reason might have been. In fact, the other label still on sent it from New York State to Kentucky, so wherever that tree released from to me, it still had the label and the bad tape job of whoever sent it back.
I contacted . The agent I chatted with by text apologized for the mistake, took immediate action to ship a new one, and sent a label to print for return, this time to Phoenix. It was a quick and pleasantly simple process. I took extra care to do much better re-packing for shipment back to , as well as ensure all old labels were removed. I kept photos of the entire shipment fiasco, which took my word for, didnt ask to see them. Thats a reason I love -- they trust their customers.
The new tree arrived three(!) days after ordering by the agent, as opposed to over two weeks with the original. Everything seemed A-OK electrically, did not fully set it up.
I also forgot to examine the branches on the new tree. On the first tree that was sent I was disappointed to see the older style flimsy-style branches mixed in with the life-like ones, which look and feel nice. Its already put away until the holidays, but Im hoping the new tree doesnt have the same mix. And thats my reason for one less star; likely that will be the case on the new tree. The agents proactive support saved the loss of another one or two stars. So, regardless of the branch material, I like the tree and look forward to the holidays.
There is not one extra bulb in the box. If you are familiar with lit trees there must be 100 different styles and sizes.
The stand needs to be heavier for the 9’. I have already put it together and am having trouble with it leaning. The screws don’t seem to be long enough to get a good grip on it. It’s a big tree and needs a more substantial stand. We will figure out something to make it work but the customer should not have to do that. Other than that for the money it is a nice tree. 9’ trees should have 900 lights but they seem sufficient enough.
Several years ago I switched from a floor to ceiling tree to a 4.5 ft tree for my smaller home. The tree I have been using is very nice but very heavy and it is difficult for me to manage on my own. I decided to go with this tree primarily because it weighs less than half what my previous tree weighed. It is not a full but that is fine since it allows the decorations to shine. There is a great variety of choice in the lights. It is a little time consuming to arrange the branches but I have found that is generally true of artificial trees. The branches are plastic but they also dont scratch me. I purchased a different stand (one with wheels) only because I want to leave the tree in the stand to store it. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

Branches are a little sparse, but nice tree for the money
Very easy to assemble. Plenty of lights.
I really like this tree
Its well made and very realistic looking. Its not hard to assemble but it is a lot of work getting the branches right.
Beautiful and affordable
Perfect for my family! Perfect height, very pretty, and super easy to put together. Looks a bit wider in the picture but not far off. Great value!
It’s not bad but expensive...

Nice tree, but ahem on the delivery process
