Its a nice chair, easy to set up, only thing is my dad needs to use the arm rests quite often for putting himself and and out even with the lift, and arm rests arent as sturdy as we would like them to be.
This is the 2nd chair purchased for my spouse with limited mobility. First chair needed a replacement lift mechanism and distributor sent parts the same day of request. Very easy to install the new lift motor. Highly recommend this product.
My daughter is disabled. Its easy for her to get in and out. The chair rises so that it helps her to a standing position. Its so comfortable that she can take a long nap on it. She loves it.
I had shoulder surgery and was told I needed this type of recliner to sleep in. It was impossible for me to sleep in it as it was very uncomfortable. It is rather small as well.

Could have lived without the cupholders and had the arm rests continue further forward.
Chair is fine. Having the armrests continue farther forward would make it easier to get up.
