I waited until I had owned this recliner for several months in order to write an accurate review so here goes. The base portion of this recliner became so painful for me that I could no longer use it after seven months.
5/4 The manufacturer contacted me after my review and explained their 1 year warranty and replaced the base of my chair. I am much happier with my chair now. Excellent customer service in my opinion
I was scheduled for surgery and Initially I did not want to get a recliner. My husband talked me into it saying this would help. This is one of the best things Ive bought! Its extremely helpful for me to get in and out of the chair. Ive been using it for 5 weeks. The only downside is that after maybe 3/4 weeks, it starts making a noise going up and down. Like a clicking sound. Its annoying especially early in the morning when I need to come out to the living room. I dont want to make my kids but its so loud. Not sure if it can be fixed or not.
Electric chairs are slow in general. This chair is a little smaller than I was hoping but I should have looked at the decisions. Mom is satisfied, so I am too.
I got this for my mother who needs assistance getting up. It is very heavy and took two people to get it in the house and assemble. For the price point its been a good chair. She has had it almost a year now and she is happy with it. It is a nice gray color.
We bought this chair for our 96 year old Dad based on the ease of use and good ratings. The chair was easy to assemble and most importantly, easy to operate my our Dad. For the price we think this chair was a great value and it seems solid and comfortable. It was delivered quickly in two boxes and easy to assemble with no tools needed. Highly recommended!
