    Seller has integrity.

Very disappointed with the chair and the seller. The back of chair is not covered and shows a messy back. I tried to work with the seller before requesting to return it. Nothing happened. Adding to the disappointment is that we have to pay to return the chair. A LOT OF MONEY. All because the chair is defective and looks badly, and is the sellers fault for shipping merchandise that is not good. THE SELLER HAS PROCEEDED TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION, AND WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE.

    Perfect for elderly Mom

This was purchased for my 82 year old mother with Alzheimers. She loves it, is able to easily operate it and helps keep her hydrated with the cup holder on the arm. We liked the price and free shipping!

Quality; very comfortable sleeping or sitting; slow, smooth and quiet recline and decline

This power recliner is for an elderly woman with knee, foot and shoulder osteoarthritis. It isnt as plush as her old recliner but it is more comfortable! She loves it. She sleeps much better than on her old plush recliner and wakes up without aches and pains. We bought a UPS power backup in case of a power failure. The bottom part is heavy, about 80 pounds, and it was an effort for me, being 75, to put it together but, all in all, it wasnt too bad. The instructions say to not cut the first, of two, nylon ties, that are holding extra wiring under the seat, but in order for us to have the control stretch easily to the left side, we had to cut both ties and then re/tie the wires, allowing for a longer wire to the control. That said. We love this power recliner! Update June 9, 2020: Purchased a second Electric Power Lift Recliner so we could each have our own! Now to find out if the recliner mechanism will pass the test of time! Update August 19, 2020: Wife had reverse shoulder replacement surgery. Thank God for this chair! While she continues to recover, she frequently has to rely on this chair to enable her to recline and un/recline. Works smooth and great!

    Excellent value

The delivery was SUPER fast(5 days) and well packaged. One box had a large hole in it, but the contents were fine. It comes in 2 boxes. One is 23lbs and easy to handle. The other is 79lbs and manageable, but bulky. Assembly for someone handy is 10 minutes tops. For a novice its 15 minutes. VERY easy. Some things to know: 1. It glides easily and the remote is simple, 2 buttons. 2. A longer remote cord would be a good thing. It does have a storage pocket on each side. 3. It reclines to a comfortable degree, but not flat. So if thats a priority, this isnt the chair for you. 4. It requires one full electrical outlet as there are 2 plugs. 5. The seating area is firm. So if cushy is desired, this isnt your chair. 6. Im 511 and 215 lbs. I fill the chair completely. Its not appropriate for anyone larger. 7. Chair is easy to move. 8. Be sure to run the electrical cords UNDER the rear frame member. I think the lift mechanism could pinch the cords otherwise. JUST received for upcoming surgery. So far pleased with the purchase. Time will tell.

    Could be more sturdy.

A good recliner but not as sturdy as should be for lift chair.

The chair was the lift my mom needed

Easy to assemble and dissemble to move / works great. My mom is 55 and 130lbs, works perfect for her. I am 6 and 300lbs, i fit in it fine but dont think I would attempt to have it lift me up, however I think it certainly could. Great value, and I would buy this again.

    Thankful for the chair

To be honest, was reluctant to buy such a big item without seeing it. We are very very pleased. Everything it was described to be it was. The fit for my moms small light body was perfect She was able to learn the handle quickly. The only thing we need to modify is attaching the remote somehow. It drops to the floor when she gets up and its impossible for her to get on her own when she returns. So we are gonna try valcro to the am.

    Great chair for the money!!

Purchased this chair for my father. Its a very comfortable chair for him and he really likes the power lift capability. It is not the sturdiest, as it wiggles a bit. The power lift is slow. Those are the reasons for the four stars. Dont get me wrong, for the money, its a great chair!!

    The 24 hour chair!

This chair is so comfortable and looks beautiful. It was easy to assemble. My back went out, this chair has become not only my TV chair but also my bed. I recommend it highly!

    Updated Review

I was happy with this chair, but for the fact that the fabric made me itch like cry. IDK if its treated with something or just a fluke, but I had to return it, which was not an easy process. I did replace it with a faux leather chair from the same company and I am thrilled with the new chair. Below is my initial review: Im tiny 54, 110 lbs, so recliners have a tendency to swallow me alive / not this one. Its comfy, although it could use a tad more cushion for my bony butt. It works great (FYI: this is day 1, so if that changes, I promise to update). I think itd comfortably hold someone up to about 200 lbs. Worth mention though, recliners nowadays make the leg rests a tad short / again, Im small, my inseam is 29 so the footrest ends at my ankles and is good / but that might be an annoying issue for someone with longer legs. All in all, Im happy with the price, purchase and prompt delivery. It has a faint chemical made in China odor but its mild and Im sure will clear by tomorrow.
