Little things really bring this product down: horrible turning radius. Easy to wiggle a wire or a connection and struggle to get it working at all if Im alone. Cant keep it in the car because of the cold, which had never occurred to me and that was REALLY disappointing. I am overweight and its built for my weight, but NOT my size. I really need the arm rests, but the attachment point stabs me in the hip. And the interchangeable panels pop off at random.
Its one of the fastest, smoothest, four wheel machines on the market, so at this price, I am still very very lucky. I just wish I could throttle a design engineer or two
This product is exactly as described. I love it. I cant wait until the weather improves so my husband and I can load it up and hit the mall. If it performs as well as we hope it will, it will be exactly what he needs.
My son loves it. Not comfortable for all day use. Purchased so he get to the mall other stores, and be able to get from his truck to the store when there is no handicap parking spots. Great for a couple of hours
I bought this for a disabled friend. She never had a scooter and was able to drive this after a little practice.
Excellent price. was 600 cheaper than buying this locally.
Nice feature is I can break it down and put it in the trunk to take on shopping trips. Saves you a few hundred dollars by not having to buy a hitch and carrier. Lightweight and easy to store.
Only downside is small tires / not good for soft surfaces such as lawns. This scooter is best suited for indoors and trips to shopping center. With slightly wider and larger tires, this would be an awesome product for the price.
easy to disassemble and assemble.also easy to carry around parts. so far, the battery does not last as long as advertised, but that may change.one thing that was very disappointing is the turning circlethis is not something that can maneuver around a home or around a shopping mall. The turning circle is around 15 feet, much much much bigger than any scooter seen to date .
This turned out to be a really nice little scooter. It is light weight enough that the two of us can pick it up and set it in the bed of the pickup without taking it apart, (just removing the battery and putting it inside for security) or it can be disassembled and put in the trunk of the car. I like the fact that you can set the maximum speed with the dial on the console. For indoor use, we turn the speed way down. You can further control the speed by how far you pull the control lever. This makes it very easily controlled for things like entering elevators. Outside, you can crank up the speed and clip right along. My husband weighs 200 lbs and it handles his weight without a problem. We opted for the four wheel version to increase lateral stability. It doesnt have quite as small a turning radius as the three wheeler, but is very stable, even on a slight side hill.
My husband loves his scooter. It took a lot of work to get him to use a scooter at all, but now he loves it. We are able to do things as a family that require lots of walking like going to the mall. Now my husband doesnt feel like he is slowing everyone down.
Like this scooter much better than the Pride Gogo elite plus. I had the Pride 6 months and nothing but problems with batteries charger. I dont think they knew what was wrong with it. I will be ordering a larger battery for this scooter. It is much better quality for the 616 dollar price tag.

Battery too heavy
Everything is. Great. Except for battery. Too heavy (When breaking down for transport). Is there a lighter battery that can be used?
