We purchases 2 of these -1 bronze and 1 brushed nickel. I really like the looks of these shower heads but we had a difficult time getting them installed due to parts missing and having to get extra piping to connect to plumbing. Another thing is in one shower the large mounted shower head has great pressure but the hand held does not have pressure and the other one is just the opposite. We have someone coming to look at it to see if they can fix this problem. The instruction booklet is not very informative.
I love the look and feel of this shower head. The one problem I had was that it comes with a temperature limiter that prevents the water from getting hot enough. My first shower was lukewarm and wouldn’t get hotter. It cost me $150 to have my plumber return to dismantle the controls to remove the limiter, which pretty much took away the value of this shower fixture. But it works fine now, so I’m happy with how it functions. Just a word of caution to anyone who purchases this to remove the limiter before installation.
Renovating the hallway bath and this beautiful and great value for price is perfect to go with our other hardware. This was the only place i could find such. Came quickly in the mail and beautifully and meticulously packaged for safe arrival. Very happy.
The shower system arrived ahead of schedule. It was well packaged and everything was properly protected. All of the showerheads were also individually wrapped in cloth to protect the finish. Diverter is as described and should be easy to install. Instructions are easy to follow, but missing a few minor details.
