The bunk beds are built very well using real wood. We were short a screw. I contacted the company and due to a shortage of parts they sent me an entire new bunk bed yeah. Fantastic customer service. Super easy to assemble and so worth the money!
The box came in perfect condition, I opened it and everything inside looked perfect, except for one of the long sides of the top bed that had a crack, didnt look too bad, mostly cosmetic and we can live with that, so I went ahead and started putting the bunk bed together. When I was almost done that piece broke in half, really poor quality control. Ive contacted and was given a discount for the bed while Im waiting for the manufacturer to reply to my message in order to get a replacement part. That will be the best option since taking everything apart and trying to put it back in the box will be too much work. I would be returning
I did not build this as a bunk bed but 2 twins. I loved this little set. It was perfect for my girls and I have complete faith in all the connections. Hardware was great. Wood seems solid. Definitely happy about this purchase. Functional design

Long siding wood split within first day of being set up. I should mention only a 2 and 4 year old have used these beds. so not sturdy.
Instructions could use some additions on the railing instructions and which bed parts are for the top bunk vs the bottom I have to say Im pretty disappointed so far.
Youll definitely need more than one person to put this bunk bed together. The part that worries me is the only two connecting part for upper and lower is literally one piece of wooden pieces and just seems a bit not sturdy. But again it was only 229 when I purchase it so for the price. This isnt a bad choice. While putting the bed together youll need help holding the pieces together while one person bolts in. Overall the color is super nice ( I purchased Grey) it came a lot better than I thought and looks great with a beige colored walls. I like this one.
I fretted over what bunk beds to buy and Im so glad I got this one. Assembly does take time, 3 hours, but the instructions are clear to follow and everything was numbered. I strongly suggest laying everything out before you begin. Putting all the numbered items together makes it easy to grab the pieces as you go along. Defiantly need two people for assembly. The bunk beds are sturdy. I bought them for my grandchildren for when they stay at our house (3 and 5 years old). One thing I especially like about this bunk bed is the ladder rungs are flat instead of round. The flat rungs are more gentle on the feet and a sturdier foot step than the round. I also like that I have the option of taking them apart and have two twin beds. Nana and Papa are happy, and the grandkids love them! Very cute, looks just like the pictures.
Shopped all over town for a bunkbed set and almost all stores were back ordered or delivery was a month or more. Saw this on and it was 1/3 the cost of a brick and mortar stores beds. It does required assembly but it is pretty straight forward and easy, I was able to put this together in about an hour. The finished product is a strong and sturdy bunk bed that is just as good if not better than what we saw in the stores. Delivery was less than a week. You can not go wrong with tis bed which can be assembled as either a bunk bed or two twin beds. Just as pictured very happy with my purchase.
