Received chair and all of the parts for assembly are zippered into the back of it (unfortunately)/ it makes little sense to do this. After unzipping the back I noticed one of the zippers teeth were missing and subsequently the zipper went off its track and came apart. I continued putting the chair together and figured I would try and deal with the zipper later. The chair itself was simple to assemble. However it took a lot of finagling to get the zipper back together and it will still require a dab of glue to keep its hold. If your wondering why I did not return the chair / its because it took weeks to get to me in the first place and I didnt want to wait for the exchange as I needed an office chair. Had really hoped for a better experience.
The office chair arrived two days early, which was nice since I needed it for work on Monday. Took 30/45 minutes to put together and the instructions were easy to follow. There is a discreperancy // the page says it can take 275 lb. load, while the assembly instructions say 265 lb. Its preventing the back pain I was getting with my old dining room chair.
Update: After having used it for several months, I found the seat portion wasnt cushioned enough, it was too narrow (legs kept smashing into the sides or the arm rests), and my back got to aching after a few hours in it. So downgrade from 4/start to 3/star.
After reading all of the reviews I decided to purchase theoffice chair. I like the fact that it is light weight to move yet very sturdy to sit in. It does start to feel hard after a few hours of sitting in it. The seat height adjustment is great to have and works well. I lower the seat to put on my shoes and raise it again while sitting at the computer. There were a few comments about the vinyl covering. It looks very nice and feels very soft. I dont know how long the covering will last. All/in/all theoffice chair is a good value for the money. Be careful when installing the seat to armrest screws. They will strip on you and/or the threads will pull out the chair stuffing if you miss the hole while turning the screws in.
Very comfortable chair and easy to assemble. Liked that chair bottom was metal and not the usual plastic. As far as support, it offers up to mid back support, but simplicity of design, doesnt offer added support. So if you are needing something more than that, you need a more expensive model, however if that is non/issue, then this the chair for you. Chair is excellent for what it was designed to do!

Seat ripped in less than 2 weeks of use
The seat ALREADY ripped, and Ive only used it for less than 2 weeks. Very weak, cheap stitching. Im a small woman too! Very disappointing
It is not comfortable
This is chair is not at all comfortable and started neck pain after using this chair. I wouldnt recommend this chair.

Good value chair
Not bad for a cheap chair. The wheels could be a little larger.
Padding doesnt last
Very comfortable for the first week
