My ottoman arrived yesterday in perfect condition. The Navy Blue is gorgeous. Just take it out of the box and unfold. Sturdy, love the magnets on the edge of the skirt. Design and engineering was very thought out. Only have family visit maybe once ir twice a year, so I didnt want to have to maintain a bed nor have it take up the room. The ottoman is the perfect space saver and very functional as just an ottoman. Will definitely buy 1 or 2 more for other rooms.
I love this! It is honestly a genius design in my opinion. Normally I have this folded up and my cats sleep on it. Whenever I have guests over, I unfold it, add a pillow/topper (because it is rather firm), and put twin/size bedding on it. It works great. Recently, my husband and I had a LOTR movie marathon and set this up in front of our couch to create a couch bed. This may have been a mistake because we cannot bring ourselves to fold it back up because its so comfortable to lay out in the living room. I am currently considering buying a second one because the one we have is so great. I would definitely recommend this to others!
Love this ottoman sofa sleeper except QC let this one slip by. Staples coming through fabric on head adjustment side when lifting it up and it catches on your fingers. Seller did not reply. Wont buy from again but I like and need this compact sofa sleeper in my studio. Disappointed in Quality Control.
