I am not someone who can put things together so I decided to try the service offers to have someone come out together the California King bed frame. Two men showed up and put it together in just less than an hour. They were professional and cheerful. I havent jumped on the bed, but it looks like it will do nicely for a guest bed. I did notice there werent any sticky strips that my other platform frames have, but I can find something to use if it becomes an issue. So glad I paid the extra to have these fellows come put it together. Takes up less space.
Bed arrived with the box intact but the headboard was broken. I reached out to the company direct. They didnt have a replacement headboard available so sent me an entire replacement bed. Was more than expected but exactly what I needed. very stable.
Arrived with all of the necessary parts and hardware. The bed itself is well made and sturdy. I can easily fit things under it which is nice. Well made just what I was looking for!
This bed looked good and was easy to assemble but less than 6 months in and one of the pieces of timber on the side of the bed broke. My young niece yelped in the night and we realised the problem. The bolts which are screwed into the wood ate through and came loose resulting in the break. Unfortunately this cannot be returned so will be recycled. A shame! This item was correct.
This item is good! Satisfied. The product is not the color shown. Its not even close. When I went to return, the company doesnt pay for return shipping. Was over 200 to send it back. Dont do business with this company.

Mattress doesnt fit frame
The Queen size mattress I bought is too small for the frame. And so the mattress slides around while sleeping on it. Works well.
