The first one I ordered just straight up didnt work. They sent replacement parts and it still didnt work. The second one worked.
Product has been operating for 3 months without issue, case is attractive and silent during rotation.
Price point is high, however the value is there.

We have had this winder for a couple of weeks now. Its super quiet, looks great, and works for different size watches (my wifes wrist is much smaller than mine). You can take the outer layer off the watch pillow to adjust the size, plus there are different size pillows. The operation is almost silent. We have it in our room and cant hear it in bed. I hope it lasts a long time! Very nice.
This unit is made of good quality and and is quite. If you have the lid open you will hear a little noise. But with the lid closed you will hear nothing. Would definitely buy again.
