I got this bed despite other reviews about missing pieces. When it arrived it was assembled in 2 hours by my husband and 11 year old son. Definitely need two people for assembly as the pieces are heavy. There were two missing screws for each type of screw needed and a piece to secure the ladder to the bed was missing. But overall the bed looked great once put together and seems sturdy. perfect.
Excellent option with furniture that I already had in the room, create a space for us to play and art, we organize everything and my daughters room gained much more, the bed is excellent, made of very good wood!!! 100 recommended I need.
This bed is super sturdy and strong. I was able to set it up by myself in about an hour. My son loves it! I dont have anything bad to say about his bed at all. Looks and feels great! Awesome product.
I was missing 2 of the wooden pegs so I left them out of the bottom step until I could go to the store to get the store to buy a dowel that would fit into the slots. Needless to say the bottom step was broken the next day before I could get to the store.
I read some other older reviews that said they were missing pieces but I figured they would have had it figured out by now but they do not. So if you dont mind the bed missing a few pieces then this would be great. Though I advise against getting this bed since you dont get all the pieces.
The fact the the ladder step broke is my own fault for putting it together without all the pieces but I finished it late in the night and didnt want to sleep on the floor and figured the step would hold enough but it didnt. Not as easy as people say.

Strong sturdy bed
