Eh…wouldnt reorder, but not the worst

So, this unit comes with A LOT of pieces and the instructions are pictures only, no words. Biggest issue is that theres a piece missing. I reached out to the helpline and they asked for proof of purchase. I provided a screenshot of my purchases, but I was told that that wasnt sufficient. I had to go back, log into a computer and then obtain the actual purchase invoice (which had the same information…) All in all, the process to obtain a missing part has not been headache free. Im hoping that we can get the piece soon, my children would love to sleep in their new bed. Another issue, we will likely need to modify the slide. Its a steep, downward slide straight into the ground. I can see a child injuring themselves with the design of the slide (no curve the bottom of the slide). Exactly as pictured

    Darling, sturdy bed

We bought a bunk bed more expensive than this one from Home Depot and it was such a nightmare to put together (holes not lined up, etc) my husband and I completely disintegrated emotionally lol. We boxed it back up and I ordered this one. Not only was it super seamless putting together, but it's absolutely darling. Their room is so inviting and wonderful now.

Mostly happy with the bunk beds.

I am mostly satisfied with this purchase. The bed is pretty easy to put together, just time consuming because there are a lot of pieces. The instructions having only pictures was just fine for me. Each piece was labelled with a number, which made it quick and easy to assemble. I felt that the amount of slats per bed was sufficient and is working out just fine for my kids. I can understand how it might not work out so well with foam mattresses, but the mattresses I purchased were mostly spring and then a couple of inches of foam on top. The bed does get scuffed up pretty easy, which I was a little disappointed by. I purchased the white bed and while screwing in the screws there were times that the tool would slip and nick the bed and instantly put marks on it. The biggest issue I had was a few of the screws and bolts would not tighten, which meant I wasn't able to complete the build of the slide. Whether it was the screws or the bolts I am not sure, but once the bolts were screwed in about a quarter of the way up then the bolts would slide up the thread, therefore could never tighten. I contacted the company, who were easy to get a hold of. They instructed me to fill out a specific form for parts and will get the items expedited to me. Even with that little hiccup I am very happy with the product and the company.

It took a little while to assemble,

It took a little while to assemble, because I was working on it by myself. But was super easy to put together. I'm impressed by how well made it is.

    Kind of flimsy

We had our professionally assembled by because I just didn't want to be bothered. I did observe, and it wasn't too difficult - pretty clear instructions, parts labeled, everything did fit together properly. However, the finished product is somewhat flimsy - it flexes way too much if you push on the side of the top bunk. I double checked all the screws and tightened up a few, but that didn't fix the problem. Bottom line: I'm sure it will be good enough for my 3- and 5-year-old grandsons for some years to come. But there's no way this would be strong enough for a couple 150 pound adults unless they're VERY careful getting into bed and don't thrash around in their sleep.

    Very Good

The first piece assembled was the most difficult because the instructions only come with pictures. After figuring out the how to of that first piece I was able to do the rest of the bed with out any problems. My grandchildren love it.

    Size a bit large?

Newly bought twin size mattresses seem too small for this bunker bed, leaving at least one inch of gap. Not sure whats wrong with the size.

    Exceeded my expectations

I was able to assemble this by myself in under 3 hours. It is sturdy and it is working perfectly for my 2 and 7 yr olds

    Almost perfect.

Love the look of these bunks. They are low. The bottom bunk sits on the floor but that is what I needed in a low ceiling space. The slat supports for the mattresses are adequate but sheets and bedspreads show through. I ended up buying bunk boards for a better look.
