My kids love this bunk bed. I love the low height both for more easily making the bed and so that the inevitable jumping won't be from as high as I did as a kid. I want to know where bunk beds with slides were back then!
Anyways, putting it together wasn't especially hard, but it took a while. The only piece I had issues with were the slats. A couple of them weren't quite as long as they should have been to screw them in like the directions, but I made it work. I don't think it really affects it that much.
Once It was done it was very sturdy. I really like the metal bar that runs lengthwise under the top bed's wooden slats. it adds a lot of stability and strength to the upper level.
Definitely glad we bought this one!
Bought these for when the grandbabies come to visit. Didnt take long at all to put together but had to use longer screws.
The only drawback is that this is made of soft wood. It dents easily. But it very sturdy.
Super impressed! Incredibly sturdy and very well built. I have recommended this bed to many! If we ever need another bunk bed I would buy it again in a heart beat! Only took about a hour and a half to put together!
upon arrival I was worried. however the bed arrived with all it parts and no real dents or scratches. packaged well.. the bed went up pretty easily once we got started. took 2 ppl. my personal tip, all the stickers go facing in tword the center of the bed. there was 2 minor hiccups putting it together where we put on a peice backwards. thankfully we was able to easily correct it. once the bed was together I was so happy. couldn't have looked more perfect. i do wish that the top rail felt more solid. it does wiggle a bit. as a parent u tend to worry about these things but I think it will be OK. also I would have liked a few more wood slats. not too much of an issue but we have 5 inch mattresses and myself climbing on top allowed my knee to find its way between one of the slots. if it was a thicker matress I'm wlsure it would have been perfect and my 7 yr old doesn't seem to have any issues with that. lastly it does creak just a bit. not enough to bother me though. all in all we love this bed and it was perfect for our needs. the value is good and worth the price paid.
Working great for my 3 and 4 year olds. The headspace of the low bunk is minimal, such that I can't sit upright on the bed, but its a trade off I am willing to accept to have the top bunk so low. There was a slight odor upon unpackaging, but it dissipated quickly and was not noticeable by the next day. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of this bed.
My kids love their new bed! Fair warning! The slide is very fast and short. My husband built it all on his own and took him about 2 hours. It came packaged very carefully and protected. As for the smell, it is a little strong but I love the smell of wood, so it does not bother me at all. I would highly recommend. Took me a while before I finally chose this bed and I do not regret it.

Terrible frustrating assembly project
I'm good at putting things together, including these furniture in a box. This was one of the hardest and frustrating to assemble.
