Have to say I love everything about this bed, it shipped extremely quick. All pieces were there, very easy to assemble, really love that the drawers are on wheels bc I hate messing with the tracks. Rolls nicely over the carpet to! Overall I really like this bed and would recommend it Its a good product
It is very beautiful. The only problem was that it was hard to assemble. It would be better if it had bigger picture and better and more description. It came in 3 boxes and I think it was very helpful. I bought Greaton 0.75/Inch Heavy Duty Vertical Mattress Support Wooden Bunkie Board/Slats with Covered with it and it was enough. The bed has very stable and strong build. It is ok for the use.
Once I got the concept, I figure things out. It took me about 5/7 hours to put everything together. The 4 pieces that held up each side near the drawers did not sit in place so I had to glue it. The big pieces were not labeled so it made it difficult but I figured it out. Best quality product
We have small house and this bed frame is wonderful. I store my bed sheets in drawers and have extra closet space. Better price available for same designs
First off, the bed is nice, especially for the price. It only took an hour or two to assemble and assembly was pretty easy. I will have to add more slats to support my mattress but Ive had to do that on other beds Ive owned so this isnt a surprise and not really a big deal to me.
I want to mention the customer service because it was exceptional. I accidentally ordered the wrong bed. The frame was the same but I wanted a different headboard. I contacted them about my error and they went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasnt even their fault and didnt even charge me. 10/10 customer support! very sturdy and stylish
In fact, it broke. I came without a pin. It broke the header of the 400 page. I took everything away. Im not satisfied with this product. I hope I can easily guarantee it together
