    I love this bike!

My husband and I ordered bikes for our 25th wedding anniversary from another seller and were scammed. We ordered another set of bikes from a different seller and were scammed again! Both times, refunded our money, but we waited for almost 4 months and no bikes. Then, we ordered from . Not only do I believe we actually got better bikes than what we originally tried to purchase, they were delivered in less than a week. I am a shorty (51) and I can ride the bike easily. I gave it 4 stars for comfort because of the seat. That may improve as I get used to riding more or I could easily replace the seat. These bikes are so much fun! Ive been riding to work and have taken them on trails and up hills. My teenage kids love them, too. It seems like the bikes are always in use. We plan to go camping in a couple of weeks and cant wait to take them with us. I think this was one of the best purchases weve made and Im looking forward to lots of adventures!

    Good bike and good support

The first bike we received had intermittent error pop up on the LCD screen which resulted in the bike having no power at all. We figured out that plugging in the bike to charge for a few seconds cleared the error. Reached out to customer service and after a few back/and/forth sent out a new bike to replace the defective bike. sent out their 2.0 version with upgraded features at no charge and also sent a return label for the original bike. Just be patient with support. They are not US based so dont expect to get a response during normal business hours. They do reply and their support is more than willing to resolve any issues you might have with your bike. Overall we had a great experience with their service and the bike is solid.

If youre looking for a fun and awesome bike here it is!

I love this bike, its super fun and fast! I rode mine pretty hard one day and it still performed great. Its perfect for casual trails and sight seeing when youre considerate with your wheel assist you can go pretty far. All in all its a perfect choice for anyone to have fun. My dad has the lectric 2.0 and this baby has pretty much the same specs for less the price and even better it has a color display the 2.0 does not. Thanks for the awesome bike !

    The bike finally arrived

The bike finally arrived; assembling it was pretty not difficult but the seat is not that very comfortable. They should make it more comfortable by putting good foam

    Battery life and overall quality

The bike is great, it was reasonably easy to assemble and seems to work perfectly. BUT the battery bag split down the side on my first ride! (See photo). Does anyone know how to contact the seller for a replacement.

    minimal battery life,

assembled very easily. the product is straight forward and good quality. the motor says to be 500w and the battery pack is 360w, you do the math. at best best best it will run for 45 minutes at 20 mph is roughly 15 miles maybe. By my math the battery is a minimal 7.5 AHR. I would not have purchased this if they had mentioned this important spec. I dont know where they get 50 mile range. The front wheel spokes are about 50 loose and that makes front wheel wobbles. I could have purchased the 12.5ahr unit for a few buck less. It will cost minimum of 170 for decent batteries and 50 for the Bike shop. Not sure if I am cool with that. Probably going back. I hate that process specially for this item. I will continue my review.

Great electric bike for half the cost!

We bought two of these bikes for my husband and I to ride around the neighborhood or take while were camping. The shipment was excellent as they arrived earlier than expected (shipment was from NJ or somewhere in the NE) and the boxes were intact with no damage. Husband assembled both bikes and said, for the most part, the instructions were pretty clear and he was able to figure out the confusing parts. The bike is sturdy and heavy, around 60 lbs. Its foldable and folds at the frame, but the handle and pedals dont fold and the bike is still bulky and heavy when trying to insert the folded bike into the cargo area of a hatchback car. We ended up having a hitch installed on one of our cars and purchasing a sturdy bike rack (from ) that would carry at least 120 lbs. in order to transport these bikes whenever we wanted to take them to the greenways in our city. The battery is large and heavy, but there is a bag that carries it at the handlebar so its easily removable to bring the battery into the house to charge it. There are 2 cords leading out of the battery, one to charge it and another to connect it to the bike. You have to thread the connection cord through the small hole at the bottom of the bag in order to connect it to the bike wiring, and that is a bit of a headache to work it through the hole. The controller to activate the pedal assist works pretty well while cycling. It activates within 2 seconds of holding down the on/off switch and you can feel it kick in to propel you forward. I usually turn it off when I am going through tight spaces like a small, narrow bridge or lane to stay in control of the bike, but definitely use the pedal assist feature on incline and hills. We have hilly terrain in our subdivision and some streets require me to use the medium setting to get to the top of the hill, and it does it quite easily. The low setting is usually enough for me to get around. I havent needed to use the high setting because so far the med setting gets me up the steeper streets. There is a throttle on the right side of the handlebar that allows you to use the pedal assist feature continuously without pedaling but I havent needed to use it often. I definitely love the pedal assist feature to get up those hilly streets! We had to switch the seats to wider seats because the one that comes with the bike is very narrow and uncomfortable. We also got sturdier and louder bells as the one that came with the bike is lousy and has a puny sound. We added bottle holders easily to the bike frame since there were 2 screws for that purpose already on the frame. I do wish they would have included mirrors to help when were maneuvering and turning on the street. Thats something else well have to buy. Also, there is no speedometer but I found an app for my phone to help monitor my speed and distance. The fenders are kind of flimsy but they work. At my height of 53, the height of the bike is okay and I can easily stand on the balls of my feet when the bike is stopped, but I end up hitting and kicking the back fender regularly when getting on the bike, and I have to straighten it up. Were really happy with these bikes and so far havent had any major issues (knock on wood.) We especially love the lower cost for this electric bike and that it looks good, works very well, and has a year warranty.
