Overall we loved the bed. Installation was a 2 person effort and the guide and packaging is super. 2 things which can be changed - easier installation of slats - eg. with velcro or some other system, and covering under the top bunk to avoid kids touching the rough edges of slats visible from lower bunk bed. Few hours into the bed. Lets see how long it goes.
These bunk beds come in one giant HEAVY box (read: thank your delivery person!). Even though the outside of the box took some damage, the item is packed quite well and the parts were in great shape. The instructions are easy to follow, and every part is labeled making assembly easy. I would recommend having a second person available to help with attaching the headboard and footboard to the bed rails. I didn’t have this and assembly was still easy but a second set of hands would make it easier. The kit comes with the Allen wrenches but you will also need a flat head screw driver and a rubber mallet. I would recommend these bunks!
Great price and came packaged well. However, the upper rail did have a damage to it and one of the rails was low on paint. See attached pictures. The paying issue was not a big deal since the mattress will conceal. The rail damage is visible even once assembled.
Delivery was promised then extended three different times ove three weeks even though item was listed as in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
Bed was easy (for me anyhow) to assemble and all parts were included and undamaged.
Only thing that I did not like about the design was with the ladder.
Middle step has nothing but very short wood dowels for support. Ladder flexes at this step and will become dangerous as it will break over time resulting in possible serious injury to whomever may be climbing up or down.
I reinforced with 1/4 all thread rod and finished head nuts(to minimize any possible scratching) wich provides 300 pounds of support to the step.
Manufacturer should consider providing bolts for this middle step as thay did for the top and bottom steps.
I did a lot of research on bunk beds. I needed one for my family vacation house and wasnt looking to spend an arm and a leg on something that is sporadically used. We have ceiling fans in every bedroom and small nieces and nephews that visit. This was a hidden gem. For the price, this was perfect. I was looking for something not specifically for kids, because it should be able to be used as an extra bed when needed. Each level holds 400lbs (with the mattress). After putting together my husband and i tried them out and they seemed really sturdy. He is 64 and 300 lbs.
The set up took about 3 hours. You DEFINITELY need at least 2 people. I would recommend 3 if you have it. There are a lot of parts.
Took about 4hrs to assemble with a power drill. I put all the slats in the top bunk and none in bottom. Everything fit perfectly to the manual except the ladder asked for the longest self driving screw which intersected with another nearby, so had to use a smaller one. No big deal. Id prefer the slide have slats all the way under to be more durable. They did a small Dent walking up it first day. But its very minor.
We ordered these for the grandkids, aged 6 and 4, and were happy with the construction and overall quality and value for money. Top quality hardware, nicely finished wood, and very sturdy once assembled. It definitely needs 2 people to assemble, as there are a few sections where a third person would have come in handy, but DH and I managed it in a few hours. The instructions are rather sparse, but adequate, and the illustrations are good. We were a bit surprised at how low the bottom bunk sits, but its not a problem.
Overall this is a cute little bunkbed. Perfect for small children. The assembly instructions could use a little work. Had to remove and turn pieces around a couple times but that was probably more assembler error. Lol, I’m definitely no export furniture assembler.
I was a bit disappointed by the look of some of the pieces. I don’t know if it happened during delivery or it they were boxed like that but there were several pieces that had dents in them. If I’m paying a few hundred for a product, I expect for it to arrive in flawless condition.

Fun bed!
I love it!! This bed is amazing. I had some issues when assembling it at the beginning but after that everything went smoothly. My kids love it.
Sturdy with minor issues.

Needs support for middle ladder step

Already broken. Disappointed
We’ve had this for a couple months, and it has already busted where the ladder sits. I am very disappointed. This is a bed for a 7 year old girl.
Sturdy And Not JUST for Kids

It takes 2, at least, to put this together
