Okay, this bed is a little bit interesting to put together, but the packaging is so smart and I love the look it has! I wanted a fabric headboard that wasnt tufted and THIS IS IT! I love this bed, super sturdy (like moving around and shaking and things with no issues *wink wink*). Beautiful look, great feel, only thing I wish was that the slats for the mattress had a little ledge so it doesnt slide as much, but it really doesnt move anyways. Had this bed for almost two months now and love it
Warning! Make certain you have a drill a 5/16 drill bit handy prior to assembling this bed. Without these tools you will NOT be able to complete assembly if the barrel nut holes are not drilled deep enough from the manufacturer as mine were. After failing to thread a few bolts into the barrel nut I realized the problem was due to a manufacturer shortcoming but is easily resolved by drilling slightly deeper.
A few more downsides: this bed has a 90/day warranty from the manufacturer, yep 90 days. They include some paperwork offering to sell you a 2/year extended warranty. No thanks.
My biggest complaint: customer support is ONLY available via filling out an extensive online form waiting for a reply. No phone support whatsoever.
A few positives: all the pieces were well packaged instructions were well laid out.
I recommend as long as you are willing to do some light drilling in the event your bed wasnt properly manufactured as my kids was.
If I had bought this locally experienced the manufacturer shortcomings, I would have returned it. Since I bought it online and I was in the process of assembly with the parts spread out in my house realizing that customer support isnt readily there for customers, I went into get/r/done mode figured out the manufacturing problem.
No issues with odor after airing out as many reviewers commented.
It was SUPER easy to assemble. Very strong and sturdy. I researched many beds of this quality at lower prices and after seeing pictures of the clients beds, decided not to move forward with them. They looked cheap and awful. This bed looks SO beautiful and is sturdy and does not look cheap at all. NEVER fails to ame me! Thank you !!
I put this together alone and it took me about an hour and a half, would have been faster but I messed up a couple times. The frame is incredibly sturdy when put together, no squeaks or rocking at all! Would buy again.
Everything was great but the back of the frame was riped, I think the manufacture should figure it out a different way to pack all the parts because tha reason why it came like that is because the rest of the parts are to heavy, other than that the Bed is great
This bed is as great as all these reviews say. It was easy to put together / probably easiest for two people, but I managed it alone pretty well. Just follow the instructions and keep your parts organized like with any self/assembled furniture. The only challenging part for not/so/handy me was attaching the wingbacks to the headboard because you cant really see what youre doing, but even that wasnt impossible. High/quality materials. Great customer service if you have a question or concern. I bought this frame along with the green tea/infused gel and memory foam mattress by the same company offered as a set. Best sleep Ive had in years!
This bed is exactly what I wanted for my space even thought it was a little more than some other options I chose this one. Delivery was faster than anticipated which was a bonus. The only two concerns I have are that the assembly instructions are either for a different bed or they are outdatedthe legs were different with different holes for acres among a few other missing steps for this particular bed. I was able to figure it out either way. The second thing is that Im noticing companies are starting to save packaging space by putting supplies and parts into zipper pockets, in this case it was behind the headboard. This would usually be fine however the pieces inside the board were so heavy that they burst the staple line behind the headboard. Thankfully was great with working out something for this and I still love the bed!

So literally 10 minutes to assemble and it is so sturdy and pretty! Great concept

One cross member was missing holes, unable to fully assemble. Otherwise no issues.
