I have assembled, disassembled it, moved it across country, and reassembled it and it has proven itself to be the best furniture purchase I have ever made! It is durable, easy to put together and easy to take apart. I have done both by myself in less than a half an hour (I am tiny and dont exercise). Its a straightforward and smart construction that looks great and feels secure. I do not worry about this bed frame falling apart or becoming loose. It held two adults for two years with no issues and rarely a squeak. I would 100 recommend this product.

The front of the headboard pierce inside and you can cut yourself . All tools are included. Even a ratchet wrench. Recommend mattress between 10 and 12 inches in thickness.
I really have nothing negative to say about this bed. Well, actually the shipping took longer than expected, but that was due to the shipping truck breaking down and not the companys fault. This bed was so easy to put together. I started it by myself, but then my fiancé helped me just to speed things up. It maybe took 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The packaging was super compact. Everything to build the bed was actually zipped up IN the headboard. The quality was excellent. Absolutely no issues. Its sturdy too. My fiancé and I weigh about 360 combined with no issues. I dont feel like its cheaply made or that its going to just fall apart. The legs are plastic which is the only part that could potentially be worrisome, but they appear to be sturdy enough. Honestly, this bed is just perfect, especially for the money. Just buy it.
